Hillside SPCA review: Would not return my dogs to me nor return any phone calls!

Hillside, SPCA had received my two dogs due to my ex taking the dogs from me and he happened to got pulled over and the cop on duty could not get a hold of me at the moment so they took my dogs to the SPCA. Both dogs in my name both dogs mine and they would not give my dogs back. My dogs were taken care of, I treated them like my children and my children and I adore them both. Every time I had made a phone call nobody would pick up the phone nor would anybody call me back. I had went there numerous times and every time I went there they would tell me that whomever is in charge of that was never available or they would call me. Within time someone finally called me back and had told me that I was not allowed to go pick up my dogs that my ex had to go pick them up because they were in his care at the time of them being taken now my ex, who was in prison at the time could not call or go there to get them back, and I had explained the situation, but they did not care. They did not want to hear it. I asked if I could show paperwork they told me no he had to be the one to go pick them up or call about them. Needless to say our two family members that brought my children, joy and happiness I still to this day, do not have them and I do not know where they’re at. What has happened if they’re OK I don’t know nothing.
