Hilton Advance Purchase review: Refuse to refund

Booked a reservation through Hilton website but upon check out, the charge became non-refundable. I called immediately as there was a mistake in the booking and I added a second night, so they booked it the same way as the first. So I have two confirmation #’s [protected], [protected]. My trip has since been cancelled as a business professional, plans change. I have called twice to ask that these reservation be cancelled and been getting the run around with someone who barely speaks English and when I ask for a supervisor, they all tell me they are the supervisor and tell me I have to call back to get another supervisor. This is highway robbery and theft. At least put credit on my account for a future stay. I refuse to believe that they cannot refund it. The Pasadena Hilton has been more than helpful and told be that Advance purchase is not even something that they have control over. This is a scam and needs to be stopped.
