Hitchcock Shoe review: They will not refund original and return shipping costs when they sent the wrong size boots that don't fit.

Order #270042, ordered online 12/17/2021, Black Abe Lined Winter Boot (9, XW)

They sent the boots in the wrong size; 9W instead of 9XW and they didn't fit. I couldn't get my foot in them.

I have requested a refund for the original shipping ($14.95) and the return shipping ($29.64) for a total of $44.59 due to their error not mine.

Please see attached Hitchcock Shoes invoice especially the "Order Notes" section where they give a ridiculous excuse for not refunding my money. Also, attached are the pictures of the boot size on the boot and on the boot box clearly showing a 9W not a 9XW.
