Reading Mr Hogans responses to all the complaints is quite enlightening. Basically he claims all that he is doing is advertising with the same pool picture as Down To Eath Gunite Pools. Apart from that his company is completly sepearate from Down To Earth Gunite Pools.
Of course he fails to mention that he "employs" Eddie Johnson. Hogan Concrete Cutting is located at the Down To Earth Gunite Pools premises. Staff from Down To Earth Gunite Pools answer the phones. He sells and advertises the exact same pool that Down To Earth Gunite Pools sold.
Perhaps Mr Hogan, if you are the honorable person you claim to be. You could tell Eddie Johnson to make right on all the uncompleted pools he sold before he sells anymore pools for you!
I know you won't do that because you are not an honorable man.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
