My 91 and 92 year old parents moved to the Atrium in Gainesville, Florida on March 10th 2023. They are renting a 2 bedroom apartment, however my mother has slept in the living room on a pull out couch since moving in because the roof leaks on her bed. We have complained several times and supposedly it was fixed a few times but still leaks. This is unacceptable for what they pay.
The pictures are hard to see and the 28 second video's are too large for some reason. One video is of my mother's ruined bedspread.
Desired outcome: Either the roof (and the disgusting celling) needs to be fixed NOW, or they need to be moved into a different apartment at Holiday Retirement's expense.
