Dear Mehrivar Maknouni:

I am writing this letter regarding a product I purchased from Hollywood Lighting Plus.

My account number with Hollywood Lighting Plus is _________________.

Three years ago, some chandeliers were purchased from this company in cash, and because some

purchase invoices were missing, we asked this company to make a copy of the purchase

documents, and as soon as this was requested, this company demanded additional money, and

after three A year has passed since the purchase of the chandeliers, they claim that we still owe

them. And when we asked for an explanation, they avoid providing evidence under the title of debt

I paid $130,000.00 for this product. Payment was made in cash.

was unsatisfactory. They are still avoiding to give us the invoices Failure to receive an appropriate
