Holm Law Group San Diego review: Lawyer

I was contacted in early 2015 by Holm Law Group San Diego about participating in the GDP lawsuit.

Obviously I was quite apprehensive as to my privacy being invaded even more.

I knew exactly what I was getting into when I filmed an adult video, obviously im on camera people are going to see it what else would it be for?

Brain Holm stated to me each defendant including myself would get around $50,000 or more for participating, and that there wasn’t much I needed to do to win this case.

Holm Law Group didn’t tell me I would be involved in a 7 hour interrogation and have to fly out to San Diego again, the worst part is my deposition was done in two parts. Twice I had to fly to San Diego and endure the stress of questions about my sexual history among other things I was totally embarrassed but needed the money of course. It was about 10x what I was paid to do the initial video.

What I didn’t know was the sloppy work of Holm Law Group would result in my information further leaked being involved in this lawsuit. Any time I had complained or said anything negative Brain would call me in a huff which was quite intimidating and made me feel unsafe, he would say things like “do you know who is involved in this case” referring to the police now I presume. I was pressured to continue with the lawsuit and told if I stopped I could be liable for legal fees.

As you probably know the case finally reached a verdict of guilty, I felt elated but after months of waiting Brian gave me a call with the bad news, there was no money left after “lawyer fees” were paid. I had wasted 3-4 years of my life with this crap, paid for my own flights and hotels in San Diego, and was left with a negative bank balance.

Holm Law Group is a total failure and basically a con artist who used all the females involved in this case to look like a good lawyer and that he was doing the best for us, totally the opposite was true.

Stay away from Holm Law Group and Brian Holm at any cost.
