My sister went to Jane furse home affairs on the 6th to apply for an ID she had only a copy of her son birth certificate n her ID as the mother
She was told to print out an original birth certificate of which it was late already
So woke up again on the 7th around 4am to go to home affairs she got there to que for a print out of birth certificate n her son to que for ID application her son was turned away on the que n was told he will only que if he has all the documents mind you they were number 4 in the que from 4am n they only started working around 10am they had to rejoin the que n there were cut on the line
Okay they go today again they number 11 on the que from 5am only to leave the department by 5pm in the afternoon the service is very poor mind you my sister had a new born baby on her hands
Please fix Jane furse home affairs
Desired outcome: Fix the service n attitudes of employees at Jane furse please you cnt spend the whole day for just an application of ID they need to start working by 8am as well
