Deals with me checking in at 5:30 on October 1. I’m being told I had to check out by 1 PM or I would be charged for another night even though the reservation specifically indicated I checked in on the first and was to check out on the second but I was not allowed to stay the night of the first I was told to leave or I would be charged twice for one night stay, the front desk canceled my reservation and showed me as checked out so I was forced to leave the hotel or pay again. It is noted I discussed the with a lady at the front counter at 9 am and she say just stay until the second but later was over ruled by her assistant manager.
Desired outcome: To not be charged for the cancellation they made after charging me for the stay.
