They have put a login verify code screen on my account! They say they have sent me a code, but I have never gotten one! Since December2017 I have not been able to access my account! I have tried every way possible to contact them to resolve the problem, but no luck! My ads are still on there! It is bad for my business to not be able to respond to inquiries! The puppies in my ads have been long since sold, but I'm unable to remove or update the ads! I need to contact someone at Hoobly.com so I can resolve this issue! But how?
So now I've made a new account! My old account has a login verify code request! I've never been sent a code, and can't get past this screen! It's been like that all year! I gave up, but recently got a request to login to keep my account alive! I got an email saying I had a successful login, but it went immediately to the login verify code screen and it was not a successful login! Please send me the code, or remove this annoying screen!

I posted an ad on Craigslist saying I was looking for a cat. Today I received an email from this email address [protected]@gmail.com with the name Elizabeth Adams and I was wondering if you have ever had experience dealing with her before.
She told me she had 3 Siamese kittens and she would like me to advertise two of them online because she is not good with computers and then she would give me one for free. It seems like she is not answering some of my questions directly and she just keeps me asking me to let her know when I finish posting the ad. She listed your website and a few others on the list of places she wants me to post the ad.
My gut is telling me this some kind of scam. She says she is in Baltimore MD and that she is moving to Hawaii and that is why she cannot take the kittens with her. She will have the kitten hand delivered to me.
Please let me know if you have ever had experience dealing with her before or if you think this sounds legit or not.

I sign in and it has someone else's name a different state etc. No help from hoobly no way of closing the account! CLOSE MY HOOBLY ACCOUNT OR A LAW SUIT WILL BE ON IT"S WAY TO YOU SINCE YOU WILL NOT PROVIDE A WAY FOR ME TO CLOSE IT! And I have changed my pass word it's still going on! I wasn't sure which category to put this under because there is none telling us how to close our account and no help if you have been hacked other then change your pass word!
Same thing happening with me. I couldn't even view or login for 3 days then, every time I DO go onto the site, they have me logged into someone else's ad! I'd like to make you aware of a person or people who are running a scam using your ads. They go by different names but are posting different dog breeds and requesting either MoneyGram, Western Union, prepaid cards, or gift cards. When I searched the number they called me from, because I contacted them for a puppy they had for sale on a Charlottesville Craigslist ad your site came up with several postings with that number. puppy mill dogs
I have multiple times reported ads that I know for a fact are people running puppy mills. I bought a dog from a lady last year and was lied to about the dog. She was sick and neglected but I had to get her out of that situation. This woman is still selling puppies for a profit. There are multiple ads for other puppy breeders that are coming from backyard breeders and puppy mills. Aren't there any regulations about this? And why does reporting an ad not actually do anything? If an as is reported on Craigslist or gets removed!
I made a complaint about a woman I feel is running a puppy mill of dobermans and I am sure they will do nothing about it. But I put her screen name and my personal cell in the post so ppl can know who not to buy from and so they can call me if they want details. Might not help anything, but ima try anyways to possibly help another puppy.
Sadly puppy mills are completely legal in some states. The AKC does NOTHING to discourage this, other than imposing the most basic rules to be followed within these kennels and still have the puppies be eligible for AKC registration. The ONLY way to stop it is to stop giving these people money! KNOW what states allow it, and make sure you know the origin of your potential pet! I was in a shopping mall in a puppy store, and all the puppies were from Indiana, Missouri, and whatever else states puppy mills are legal, and I mentioned it a bit loudly, and an employee jumped all over me! "We don't buy from puppy mills!" Sure, because the only dogs available in California were born in the three states that have legal puppy mills. Far too often folks make impulsive purchases or (like yourself) "feel sorry" for these dogs, and buy them anyway, to save them.
If the dog is "a really good deal, " it may have originated in a puppy mill, and been relocated. Same is true if you can't see the parents in the home. Other than that if you need to buy out of the area (an uncommon breed for example, ) find a breeder and begin a dialogue. Research that breeder. And remember the purchase price of your pet is the cheapest part of owning it.

I was trying to send a message to a person that was selling something and when I went to hit send a message, mind you that I'm logged in and everything and it keeps sending me so a message saying send this code to a phone number and I did and nothing happened I tried to reload the page but it didn't work so I tried to close the page and search it back up hoping it would work but it didn't. I really want to send this person a message and there is no other contact information so please help me.
It's not just the texting though its also when I try to enter my profile or messages the same exact thing appears. I even tried to create a new account only for this to pop up as well- send email to this number and this number would appear [protected].

Customer service is horrible. Wrong telephone numbers posted. Trying to create an account and being told to text email address but not working. Can you please fix your website? Can relate, have been having troubles accessing my account as well after trying to reset my password. Hoobly keeps sending a reset password and redirecting me to a code number that needs to be texted to them. After texting the code Hoobly is asking me to text my email, when I text my email they are messaging me that I have an active account yet am still unable to access it. I got the same message when requesting the code via my computer. I opened my Google Search Engine ON MY PHONE and attempted to login getting the same message BUT IT SENT ME A CODE and IT WORKED! Soon as verified THRU PHONE I was able to immediately login thru the computer! GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS!

Everytime I try to log in to my hoobly account it sends me a number to text a code to. I do that then it says I can't use the number they told me to use. I am hitting a wall Everytime!

On 5-31-18 I met with the above member/seller to purchase the yorkie. False Advertisement.
4 yr. old yorkie is badly malnutrition. She has had previous litters an seem to be used for the sole purpose. I droved 3 hrs. pd. 500.00. Nxt day PetSmart stated she was under weight (can see her ribs) poor health an suggest the pups be aborted. They also informed me that poor dog had no teeth.(dam shame!) Website does not permit me to delete account information. Unable to remove or hide my phone number. Unable to change username. Company provides no contact information. When I search for admin support, I'm sent to ads on the site instead of support. I did not give this company permission to use my personal information!
Company deliberately seems to be hiding its contact information.

selling sick and neglected kittens
Beware! Kitten mill (treasurrredangels) continues to sell sick and neglected persian kittens on hoobly. The sweet kitten that I purchased, and became attached to, died within two months and seller refused to acknowledge issue. The cats listed today are various ages and all look terrible. Eyes and noses blocked with crap. Their house is filthy. I am reporting this person.

Over a week I have tried to get in to my account. I got an email saying someone got in my account and needed to up date and change password. So, this seller is not in the location they are stating on hoobly, the grammar is really poor like they are not american, but also they say they are leaving in 3 days time to another state and most offload their puppies, but when you look at their seller history, they have over 10 current listings of dogs they are selling, all different breeds, so you know something is seriously not right.

I've never had a problem with this site. Starting in late July, every time I logged in to check my ad, I was actually logged in to someone else's account. I have tried emailing and texting but to no avail. They blocked my account and refused to create a new account with my old phone number and email address. I created another account with a different email from my son's phone. Because my legitimate phone number is in the ad, they have put a "caution" flag across my account advertisement warning that it may be fraudulent. What is up with this site? Does anyone have a way to contact them?
