Hooves N Hounds Transport review: The lady was angry that I wanted to cancel the deal

I have contacted the lady from HOOVES N HOUNDS TRANSPORT. We agreed about the transportation and agreed about specific date. But the buyer of the horse didn’t contact me. I wasn’t happy and called to the transportation company, but the lady started to yell at me and told that she couldn’t cancel the deal. She told to pay in advance, because she wasn’t sure about me.
