I have had the same issue for over a week now and they refuse to do anything about it. Constantly I have service issues, and when I do have a problem they offer no help just "its not our fault figure it out" then I spend weeks looking for answers only for the problem to come up again.
Right now I am having problems getting any email from their servers. They told me that my IP address was giving them an error, and I went to the extreme of changing out my ISPs modem to get a new IP address and the problem came back within a week! I am disgusted with these people. It's the same problems over and over and they take no accountability for any of their errors.
