Housepad is RIDICULOUS by forcing customers to click weekly emails "I did NOT ACCEPT SALES CONTRACT and property is still available" within 48 hours. If a customers does not click this by error, Housepad will REMOVE the MLS listing regardless.
Housepad lies it never mention "Sales contract" or call it "weekly reminder". Weekly reminder for WHAT? Housepads Refuses to correct "I did NOT ACCEPT SALES CONTRACT" and continue forcing customers or threaten to REMOVE MLS LIST if customers do not click "I did NOT ACCEPT SALES CONTRACT"
Housepad also charges $50 if a customer does not inform sale of property.

This is completely true with the exception the fee is $100 and is still assessed even if you report your contract. Housepad.com is scamming and now lying to their clients. Betty Spangler is completely unethical and I recently came to find out has been reported to the ethics board three times and has five BBB complaints.

Ken Gehris refuses to audit his employees and avoids solving issues. His employees Bob and Betty directly lied to me about a Real Estate issue. This was not a gray area or an issue where something should have been misunderstood, but rather they intentionally lied. They data mine peoples PII and do not abide by their own contracts. Other web sites will show that Ken really does not care about the ethics of his business or his employees. Do a google search before you do business with this company. I asked and was confirmed by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors that Ken was illegally hiring employees who were not licensed! These issues have been reported to the Attorney General as well.
