Howey Industries review: They still haven't shipped the order

My company also purchased some stuff from Howey Industries. They provided all details and delivery time, but these guys haven’t even sent the order. I checked all details and the tracking number showed that the item was still in the warehouse. They lied to me. I called them and advised to return my money back or they would have problems only. But these guys didn’t react and didn’t want to pay back. But they don’t want to deliver my order as well.
