This is a Hair replacement company. I paid $10 for a kit which includes products and hair colors to choose from. The 2 times I ordered from them, the hair didn't match the color I ordered. Mistakes happen, so I continued to do buisness with them. The second hair replacement piece that was sent to me, ended up being a tangeled notted mess with in a week. I had to order another hair piece so I could send back the bad one. Someone named Jessie said they would send a box to mail it back with the new one I paid for again. I received a platinum blonde piece, with nothing to return the bad one back. I called and was told they never do that, and would have to pay to send it back, at which time they would review it and decide how to handle it. I'm a 48 year old cosmotologist now working with platinum hair and it took a month of me calling to get it the return sent back to me. They sent the same piece back to me with a letter saying nothing was wrong with it and they refurbished it. The glue I ordered was supposed to last 4 weeks, doesn't last 4 days. I was cut off when I called to get some results, put on hold indefinitely while this Jessie talked to a manager. When she came back she said I would receive a call back in 10 minutes, that was a week ago. I've sent several e-mail, can't get a responce. I want my money back and I want this company called out for this ridicules style of customer service. I feel extremely taken advantage of, and can't get anyone to listen to me. Anyone in this line of buisness would know what a sensitive issue this is. I do hair for a living, so its much worse for me to have my clients trying to figure out whats going on with my own hair. I would appreciate any advice you could give me to resolve this matter. Thank you for listening.

Purchased a wig August of 2018. Does not fit properly and afraid to wear it as it feels like it will pop right off and did once in windy conditions. It is adjustable but I have found no change or better fit when I had time to make adjustments and work with it. After multiple attempts of adjustments, trying different wig caps and checking for other possible solutions online with no improvement, I phoned HPH to see if someone would help me to fit it properly or see what I could do or may have been doing wrong so that I could wear it. I told them I liked the wig and the style but was afraid to wear it. They did not listen and just said it was more than 30 days (their return policy I was not aware existed) and could have cared less about helping me. If I had been informed of the return policy I would have returned for assistance or a new product that actually fit. I did not think something like this could be returned due to hygiene reasons. When I phoned, I never mentioned a return unaware that had been an option, as I was just asking for some assistance.
In retrospect, the woman who helped me and sold me the wig did not seem to be very knowledgeable. She had trouble demonstrating how to wear it and appeared to be extremely unsure of what she was doing. She should not have sold me a wig that clearly did not fit. I did not realize there was a problem until later when I began to attempt to wear it. I was constantly pulling it down. That is when I tried adjustments and various types of wig caps which made no difference in how it fit or felt. I wonder if the demo wig was stretched out some and do I did not feel the wig style was not fitting properly.
HPH seems to always be in the need for stylists and that should be a red flag. This was my second purchase from HPH as I had purchased a hair piece a couple of years ago which has worked out okay and so I went back to them for a full wig. BIG MISTAKE. I will not be going back because they do not care or will not provide any follow up service and I also am not impressed with the quality of the wig. I asked for help and they brushed me off. In reading online relating to some of the issues of falling apart I now wonder if the hair in the sink was from me or the wig when I have try to wear the wig.
I live in Lee County Florida and my next purchase will be from HairDreamers at the Fleamasters Fleamarket (orange aisle booth 64/66). I stopped by there recently on a whim and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. The first wig Judy put on me fit perfect and felt so comfortable and secure so I know now how it should feel which is not what I have from HPH.
I agree with other reviews related to poor customer service and warn all to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HPH.
