I canceled immediately online, but for some reason, you kept charging me. I called a number of times, but nobody answered the phone.
Finally, when I spoke with somebody and after arguing 2 different people on the phone, they cancelled it. I did not use the service, but they charged me for 9 months.
They should remove the word USA and do this kind of nonsense overseas.
After going online, I saw the terrible reviews and realized I wasn't the only one being cheated. As is evident in the way you make people write a letter and use intimidating language like "legal department", you are scamming people out of their money.

Another tricky scam way you are trying to trick people is by having people physically mail paperwork in to their office. I didn't use the product and had cancelled it, but conveniently, they kept charging me.
Given all the complaints listed online, they need to be shut down.
These feel like Third-World tactics like scam call cenmters in other countries. This is not how you should do business in the USA.
I am currently overseas and have been for most of the year. It was very hard to call, let alone have to do so from overseas when I saw I was getting charged for something I wasnt using.
