We are not ready to subscribe to the service yet and I accidentally confirmed the subscription so I have reached out to them in every way possible to try to cancel before 4 PM today because that’s when our box would be finalized and I keep getting automated responses that say it could be anywhere from 24 to 72 hours before I hear back from someone. And of course there’s no way to call them… Go figure. From what I’m seeing here, it looks like this is pretty typical of them so I’m kind of upset that I didn’t vet them a little bit more first. They seem like such a popular company and I didn’t think that they would be an issue but clearly this isn’t a service I want to use.
Desired outcome: I just want my subscription cancelled before it charges my account. I don’t even need a refund at this point because nothing is finalized so I don’t understand why I can’t get someone to cancel my subscription.

I finally received an email after I filed this complaint saying that they were able to cancel my subscription and that I should receive a refund within 5 to 10 days but I don’t think that my card was ever even charged so we’ll see what happens.
