IDA review: Head pharmacist bullish against me for months

Pharmacist named Elizabeth at the IDA Pharmacy inside Yorkgate Mall in Toronto has been creating unnecessary confrontations, arguments & hard times for me out of pretty much nothing for a few months. I do not recall I have ever acted disrespectful or being mean in any way with her, however, this Elizabeth person challenged me EVERYTIME I needed to fill or refill a prescription very much the past 6 months — such as questioning & demanding me not to cut a small prescription out of a A4 paper despite me telling her the rest of the paper was blank while she said there must be some sort of code/prescription number (I must be all blind as there WAS NOTHING OTHER THAN THE SMALL PRESCRIPTION I CUT OUT). When I used the uncut prescriptions the last 2 times, Elizabeth ignored me when I asked her to come & show me where the so-called prescription number is on the all blank part of the paper. Furthermore, Elizabeth would question/challenge me why this, why not that, & so on & acted quite annoyed & impatient when I have questions. I tried avoiding engaging her. Yet, because Dax, the owner of this IDA, is hardly on site, Elizabeth seems to have become the queen boss who keeps bullying people like me who are not to her liking for whatever reason. Today, Elizabeth even accused me of ordering a refill & then cancelled a year ago when I tried refilling this medication this afternoon. I told her what I remember, that I ordered this medication only once which I picked up. Elizabeth kept accusing me of cancelling this medication & gave me a hard time this afternoon. I stopped arguing with her & left
