I have waiting unneccessarily for information about my synthroid prescription ordered that was shipped on 4/22
I have waiting unneccessarily for information about my synthroid prescription ordered that was shipped on 4/22. As of May 4 I have not received my order or any information as to why it has not been delivered and like everyone else's complaint, of course no one is available to take my call. I am paying extra money out of pocket for partial refills because this is in limbo. Since this prescription is REQUIRED for me to live, I would like to have some information.

Prescription shipped by USPS never received
Prescription shipped by USPS never received. Have used Eagle Mail Order Pharmacy for over five years without issue. Most recent prescription was not received. Eagle records show ship date of 8/27. Eagle customer service has been contacted on several occasions. They say it was delivered and they will have an investigator call. It has been over a week and no call. I am running low on medication. Have tried to reach customer service again but can only leave a recorded message.

Med shipped 3/3
Med shipped 3/3. Tracking inf 3/9 with ?On 3/11 called EP told to wait until 3/17 then another 15days to investigate unacceptable Eagle pharmacy stated dispute was between myself &*** & post office. They would refill but charge card again and would count against refill status. My second time using Eagle Pharmacy and I am thoroughly disgusted by the attitude and service. You get what you pay for cheaper but no service and will cause me time and trouble in the end. They need a better system to resolve shipping issues.

I have tried reaching their customer service and after many calls, this has not been resolved
I have tried reaching their customer service and after many calls, this has not been resolved. They charged me $75 in mid March for a prescription that never shipped. Come to find out, the Rx was expired but they still processed the charge. Then, my doctor submitted an updated Rx and they charged my FSA card. When I logged in to my credit card to see if they had refunded the other charge, not only was it not refunded, they charged my credit card again! That's THREE $75 charges for no shipped prescription. Plus, I have been dealing with this since the end of February. Their customer service agents are very difficult to reach via phone and they have not resolved a single issue when I do reach them.

Non Delivery of prescription With a Lot of Run Around From Customer Service I ordered my Synthroid pills from Eagle as I have in the past
Non Delivery of prescription With a Lot of Run Around From Customer Service I ordered my Synthroid pills from Eagle as I have in the past. Usually it takes 2-3 days max for receipt. This order according to tracking has been in limbo (lost) for 10 days or so. I first sent an email 3 days earlier with zero response. Then I called and was given the run around. They need to investigate it will take a few days etc. In the meantime I am out of medication and they will not send me out a replacement nor issue me a refund. Customer service, is terrible. They could have resent a new shipment and tracked down their lost shipment on their own time, but they have to make it difficult. I have filed a dispute with my CC and will order from now on with a real Pharmacy.

I was charged $25 for a much-needed medication that was never delivered
I was charged $25 for a much-needed medication that was never delivered. My last refill of my thyroid medication was supposedly shipped out on June 29. It is now 14 days later and I still have not received it! This is completely unacceptable. This medication was a different dosage called in by my doctor because my thyroid levels were abnormal. So now I have been living with an abnormal level for all this time. Plus, this medication is supposed to be kept cool and it had been 96 degrees for the past several days where I live in the South, which means it will now be ruined (again). I'm pretty sure this is why my levels went low to start with. My last refill took 13 days and I found it hot in the mailbox with no special packaging at all! I did try to call Eagle Pharmacy and was immediately told that their computers were down and they couldn't help me.

I enrolled in the synthroid delivers program
I enrolled in the synthroid delivers program. My prescription for 90 tablets of .150 mcg brand name synthroid is supposed to be automatically refilled and sent to me allowing for up to weeks for delivery. The refill was supposedly ordered on 5/2 as my prescription runs out on 5/11. I called the pharmacy to verify the refill went through and was assured it did. When I still had not received my prescription by 5/18 I got nervous. I checked the tracking and it said delivered 5/8 according to tracking info on usps but got no notification which always get. Doc (uploaded) states delivered 12/31/0001? I called Monday 5/20 and was told I could either replace the medication and pay again or open an investigation. I complained that now I was out of meds. Was told the investigation should take 1-2 days max. It is now almost three days later, I have not heard anything, and had to ask my Dr. to write another rx and pay out of pocket. I get lots of deliveries but this one never arrived.

Eagle Pharmacy sent my prescription out for delivery on 7/16 and received today 7/27
Eagle Pharmacy sent my prescription out for delivery on 7/16 and received today 7/27. Eagle Pharmacy send Rx on 7/16. I called the on 7/24 inquiring where my Rx was since I only had 2 pills left. Talked to the pharmacist and he told me not to take these pills since it had been 2 weeks and the pills were sent from Lakeland FL, to Orlando, FL, where it was sitting for 6 days, sent to S Cal, the Arizona, and finally to Las Vegas. All of these cities have had consistent temperatures of 100+ up to 110 degrees. Apparently, Eagle pharmacy decided that the issue was not their problem and denied providing a replacement prescription. If I wanted one, I would have to pay an additional 65 dollars. The stability And efficacy of my medication is severely degraded by prolonged excessive summer heat but Eagle Pharmacy apparent doesn't not care. Very poor treatment of their patients. I am not sure who the inconsiderate person within Eagle pharmacy makes these decisions but they need to be retrained. I would not recommend this "Pharmacy" to my worst enemy...or maybe I should!

Great experience until I was ignored
Great experience until I was ignored. Need answers to two questions. I have had a great relationship with this pharmacy. I was refilling my prescription on line and selected my***. I find out they billed my*** and *** both $135.00. I messaged them on their website several times, faxed them directly and sent multiple emails. They refuse to answer two questions. I advised them not to call me as I needed this in writing. Here are the questions: 1) Why would they double bill me when I selected the*** when I refilled; 2) After not hearing back, I deleted my bank cards from their site. Why did they undelete my***? I had to go back and delete again for security reasons. I explained in multiple emails that I had a fraud alert on all 3 credit bureaus due to security issues. At the same time this was going on, I receive an email from my bank that they suspended my account due to suspicious activity. So, when you have something like this pose a threat, you would think the pharmacy would be professional and answer the two simple questions. I am ill and disabled. Now, I have to go back several years to see if I have been double billed before. Lesson learned: Delete all your bank info off of vendor on line accounts.

Eagle Pharmacy is misinterpreting my insurer's formulary, and therefore, I cannot get this drug from anywhere
Eagle Pharmacy is misinterpreting my insurer's formulary, and therefore, I cannot get this drug from anywhere. My wife and I used to be able to purchase Pennsaid 2% from Eagle Pharmacy. Late in 2020, I made a telephone refill request. Weeks passed, with no activity. When I realized nothing was going on, I attempted to log on to my account on their website, and was told my account was inactive, and that I had to call them. I called, and spoke with a customer service rep. They told me I was no longer available to participate because it was available locally through my BCBS Federal insurance, which is totally false. I protested using the below rationale and the CSR said simply "there's nothing I can do about it". Previous BCBS Federal years' formularies, including 2021, specifically EXCLUDE Pennsaid as being covered; it is on their excluded drugs list in the formulary. I checked at my local pharmacy, and asked about the cost with no insurance (because my insurance does not cover this drug). $2000+! I then tried to use my GoodRX Gold subscription to price it. $2357! So this incorrect decision made solely by Eagle Pharmacy has essentially deprived us of a much needed drug. My wife especially, who has osteoarthritis everywhere.

Non delivery of my prescription to the correct address, when address was updated on October 16,2020 via correspondence received from Eagle
Non delivery of my prescription to the correct address, when address was updated on October 16,2020 via correspondence received from Eagle Pharmacy. My address was updated on Oct 16,2020 via correspondence from Eagle Pharmacy, requested a refill on 12/5 to new address but Eagle mailed the medication to my old address, I call them & email (12/8) to advise them of their error but was advise that Tier 2 will handle the matter they called on 12/26 after calling mon several occasion before 12/26, Spoke to Linda this morning 12/29 which was unproductive and that I need to contact my doctor to request a new prescription because yes the prescription was not delivered and if it is returned it would be mail to my address on file but if need the prescription I need to contact my doctor for new one and refill at my expense, which I have no alternative but to do as I the customer is in need of the medication. They was no compassion or empathy on her path. I would like to know if this is how Eagle Pharmacy operates with regards to delivery of prescription and why I had to pay again to have my medication deliver to me with Eagle Pharmacy being paid twice for my medication suppose I did not have the resources to pay for it again., we the consumers are at the mercy of these companies. Linda made it quite clear that 'if the package was returned by the post office it will be forwarded to me or takes several of weeks of investigation if it suggested that the package is lost before there is a refund of my money. I am quite perturb about this policy and action of Eagle Pharmacy

My medication did not arrive
My medication did not arrive. I have called and opened an investigation and have been told it was closed because *** shows it delivered. It was not Medication was supposed to arrive by *** on 9/15. I was five feet from front door all day and we have a ring doorbell that shows all activity. No delivery was made. Once I received an email showing it was delivered we checked all video activity and there was no truck that even passed in front of our house. I called and opened an investigation. I made the lady aware that I only had three days left of medication and she said she would escalate the investigation. If I did not hear anything back by the next day to follow up. I called again today and was told that they would get me over the the investigation department. Then after about five minutes she came back on the line and said she got their voicemail. She assured me that they are really quick and calling back and they would call me back. I waited and *** came to the door to deliver a package. I asked the driver who was a new driver what happened yesterday. I explained the situation that this was my medication and that I only had a few days left. He at first acted like he didn't know what package or what I was referring to. He then said he might have delivered it to 214 Buena Vista and would bring it back if he found it. I looked and there is no such address and walked up and down the street and nobody has seen it at their door. Three hours had passed from when I called earlier and I called again. I finally was put through to Stuart M. I was told that he apologized like everyone else had said. He said he understood that I was almost out of medicine and wanted to suggest a way to help me get through until we get this all figured out. I was suggested that I pay for an additional month supply and they would ship it out. This way it could help me since I only have two days left of medication. I had already explained that I am unemployed as well as my husband. The reason I had even filled my script here is because my doctor said it would be cheaper. Walgreens wants $76 to fill a month supply and I could get a three month supply for $75 through Eagle. I have $2.64 left to my name so it wouldn't even be possible. I did explain though that I am a new customer and I haven't even received my first order and already paid for it. Why would I send more money when I don't have any trust developed yet with them? I was also told to call *** and file a claim with them. I explained that I did not order through *** and I shouldn't be the one filing the claim because they aren't going to get my medicine to me and not in the next two days. Stuart told me he could email his supervisor after I asked for someone above him. I explained that I have been asking to speak to someone for the last two days and nobody has called me back.

Early August, my prescription was sent to the wrong address
Early August, my prescription was sent to the wrong address. The package has since been returned to sender. Eagle Pharmacy won't refund me $25. In early August, Eagle Pharmacy sent my prescription to my old address. As soon as I received notification that my prescription shipped, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Right away, I called Eagle Pharmacy so they could contact*** to have my package re-routed to the correct address. I handle a lot of shipping issues at my place of employment, so I'm somewhat versed in how to get packages redirected to their correct address. My prescription was delivered to my old address, where I no longer live. The package was returned to Eagle Pharmacy late August. By this time, my condition had healed and I no longer needed the prescription. I asked for a refund ($25) since I did not receive my medication and it was returned to them. It is now mid September and I still have not received my refund. I've phoned them several times, twice waiting over a week for them to return my phone call before I got tired of waiting and called them again. (1) Before delivery, when I noticed my prescription was sent to the incorrect address, I immediately called and gave Eagle Pharmacy the correct address to re-route the package. I said it was urgent due to it being 2 day delivery service. Nothing was done and the package was delivered to the incorrect address anyway. (2) When I was informed that the package had been delivered, again I immediately called Eagle Pharmacy. I was told they would reship my package as soon as it's returned to them. (Who knows when that was going to be. I needed my prescription right away.) I suggested they reship a new package with my prescription to the correct address since they did not contact*** to re-route the package and they can wait for the original to be returned. I needed this medication immediately because I had to use it with my therapy. The representative said they would not reship a replacement unless I pay for it again. (3) Late August I received a call from Eagle Pharmacy stating they've received the return of my prescription. I called them back and told them I'd like a refund because it had been too long since original shipment and I no longer need it. I'm done with my therapy. As of today, whenever I call Eagle Pharmacy they have to transfer me to their "tier 2" department, which are always too busy and never answer. Thus, having the representative send them an email to return my call. Twice I waited a week for return calls and decided to call them again because they did not return my calls. Today alone, their automated "Ava" AI disconnected my call. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I know because I work in CS. One of two things should have happened when I made my initial call to inform them that my prescription was going to the incorrect address. (1) They contact*** and re-route the package to the correct address. (2) They contact*** and cancel the delivery and reship my prescription to the correct address at no charge. If either one of those two had happened, I would have had my medication for my three weeks of therapy, but I did not. I have finished therapy and no longer need that prescription.
