Blink has been easy to deal with, no overcharges, monetary or delivery issues. Problem is in the medication itself which has been less than effective. I don't blame Blink for this as too many of these medications are being produced in foreign countries such as India were there is little to no oversight. Fortunately for me, my medication is not a necessity where my life is dependent on it or I'd be dead. I'd swear these pills have zero active ingredients

I get scripts written for a year a 90 day supply, every other time i need a refill I have to get new scripts, I have taken my orders off auto refill several time and they put it back on, so they can charge your account when ever they want and its not even close to your refills. Then try to convince you, you are doing it wrong. I have been with them a little over a year. I will be searching for a new pharmacy. This place is a joke.
Got charged for a doctor visit and a prescription. When I wanted to wait for the *** they put a 5 day hold on my payment.
After charging you for a medication, they send an email instructing you to pick up the medication from a pharmacy. They conduct an online evaluation, taking a picture of your face and your identification. The following day, they email you to inform you that the prescription is denied, without providing a reason. When asked, they deflect with misleading information: 'Log onto BlinkHealth.com/Account. Navigate to the Your Meds section. In the right-hand corner, you will see a link to 'Your Medications.' Click More info to view your Treatment Plan and why a prescription was not deemed clinically appropriate.' However, typically no reasons are provided. They then refer you to your actual doctor with the following message: 'To determine the most appropriate care for you, I would like you to be seen in person by a primary care provider to further discuss your health history and symptoms. If you do not have a primary care provider, please go to a nearby urgent care center for evaluation.' This is their indirect way of saying: 'We are running a deceptive operation to take your $5. There is no genuine online review of doctors or prescriptions or reasoning, but we will sell your private information to others who will inundate you with spam. That is how we profit.'

Please give me my money back as my doctor had already approved it but said to go with you guys because of the price of the drugs... The site is also circular once you are done talking to the doctor so that you can't go or do anything else. Then the email they send you tells you it's non-refundable... Classy blink health...
I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I did find a medication prescribed by my doctor for fibromyalgia. The price was great and well worth traveling across the city to pick up at a specific pharmacy. I was ready for a refill and discovered that overnight the price had increased times 7! When I called, the reasons were very generic. "Price restructuring...giving the customer a better experience...streamlining the ordering process." What a bunch of hooey! The price went from about $10 to about $75. I think the whole thing was just a scam to get you used to using them before they decided to gouge you.
My monthly medication was not delivered
My monthly medication was not delivered. Tracking says it's at the local post office as of June 27th. Today is July 6th. A visit to local post office confirms package never arrived. Customer service is non-existent. On hold for more than 10 minutes only to be disconnected n told try back later. Finally speak to a representative and they explain the situation will be reviewed and I should hear back in 2 to 3 days. Still no word. You would think if someone's medication didn't arrive, the company would overnight the medication and find out after what went wrong. Oh and they've already taken my money.

RIP OFF! I have been waiting since the 23rd of November for my meds. They provided an unusable tracking number. I have called several times and it is always "we will get back in two days"' they never do. STAY AWAY!

This is an awful company. I thought I could get birth control A medicine that I need because I have a very painful menstrual cycle and this medication helps with that and so I went through all the bells and whistles twice and still was denied the medication I paid for. I got so mad over the phone and am sorry for that. I have worked customer service jobs before so I know what it's like, but I was so frustrated with this system that I took it out on the poor phone lady which shouldn't have happened. BUT am ordering birth control, not ***l why must I go see a doctor for a medication I've been taking for years.

Total scammers. Be very careful. They are thieves. They take your money, they dont send the item, and never ever refund you and say the cost is because they wrote an email to you that they are not going to sell to you. A bunch of thieves for your hard work earned money. After I order it, they said our team does not approve your order and you will get a refund. They charged me and never gave me a refund. Today I called them, they said the cost of it was allocated to a consolation fee. The consultation fee for them means the email they sent me that I cannot order it! They said it is not refundable but their website does not say anything about not being refundable or anything about consultation fee. Simply they stole my money. AVOID These Scammer Thieves.

Now I'm not approved and told to see my PCP with no reason why. I gave the same answers that got me the prescription last yr but this yr no dice. I called and they are like sorry we have no number to Broadway you need to do the consultation again and give different answers. All i wanted is to talk to the nurse who said to go see my PCP, what is the reason, although it was my own doctor who sent me to Blink due to the lower prices. So again why do i need a evaluation from my PCP when he sent me to you, and why isn't there a number to call to talk the Medical dept as to why I'm disapproved. These are things that need to be fixed, now.

Somehow ended up with a subscription I don't remember signing up for
Somehow ended up with a subscription I don't remember signing up for. The one time I used the perk of an online doctor's visit, Blink got the prescription wrong and I had to write them multiple times before it was corrected. I've now tried cancelling the subscription through no fewer than 4 separate interactions with their customer service. Despite being told it was cancelled the first time, I was charged the monthly fee 4 business days later. Now every time I reach out to again, cancel, and request a refund of that last monthly withdrawal I get delay after delay from their CSRs. First I had to confirm all my information, then they demanded to know why I was cancelling before processing the cancellation (they already had this information from the drop-down in their contact form), now I'm being told if I cancel the price of my medication will go up. I loved Blink at first but over the past year they've been nothing but one headache after another. I'm planning on transferring my existing prescriptions to another pharmacy but I'm dreading what I can only imagine will be a painful process.

I have been overcharged numerous times. I've called their customer service and have been given the run around every time. I literally called 9 times and they said every time that a representative would get back to me within X time period (can't recall) but they never, not once ever called me back. I have billing issues with them that no one seems to be able to fix... they overcharge me, charge me for medications never sent because they say I don't have a prescription (which they sent me medication for 5 times and was prescribed by one of their fake doctors) because the nurse that THEY linked me with messed up something when entering the prescription into Blink's system -- so of course I had to pay another doctor for a visit, pay for another subscription and wait, wait, wait... then once I finally did get a new prescription from one of their people, they doubled the price after 2 fills... and this has happened twice now for 2 different medications. THEY GET YOU WITH A CHEAP PRICE UPFRONT AND THEN DOUBLE IT, IF NOT TRIPLE IT once you're subscribed and needing it. I have talked with numerous reps that say they'll do XYZ and then do nothing. I would stay far away from this bate and switch marketing company that's staffed with children that either don't know their job or aren't allowed to do it properly... IT'S A SCAM! BEWARE

Terrible, fraudulent company. They failed to deliver a prescription for which I was charged. They also charged unauthorized amounts against my credit card. I had to cancel the card to suspend their fraudulent activity.
Blinks saved me a small fortune. Fast reliable and inexpensive
Blink RX I agree is a scam. Would not recommend to anyone. They charge your credit card and don't ship the prescription. When you call no one can tell you where your prescription is. The links do not work on their website to cancel auto refills or to review the saved payment (credit card) information. I do not trust this company and WILL NOT us them again.
