Doesn’t work properly
The app does not work properly. It rarely shows medication that was filled. Since October (almost 4 months now) it has not even shown that I have had any medication filled. I constantly keep checking to see if there are any updates (which there is not).
Upon attempting to makes changes to my profile it will not save my phone number and prior to sending this review I tried to send an email which it will not allow me do so. The app states my email is not in the system (it is clearly showing my email in my profile).
The app is totally worthless.
Stopped working
I don’t know if this is due to the latest iPhone X system update or the app, but all my prescriptions are gone and the app “submit new medications “ button doesn’t work. Useless. Can you just write in the name of the medication and enter it to add it, or do you have to enter a RX # first ? In the past I could just enter the name of the medication and add it to my list of medications. Now if I try this, it says there’s a problem entering the medication and won’t do it. Does the prescription number remain the same when it runs out and the doctor has to call in a new prescription?
Seems to only work half the time
I want to like this app, but it’s just more irritating than anything else. Every time I log in to refill my scripts, I have to set my pharmacy. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ince I finally confirm my pharmacy, I try to submit refills and I get a “internal server error. Try’s again later” nearly half the time. This app is buggy and not user friendly and I end up frustrated and having to call my pharmacy anyway. As another reviewer said, they should totally check out the ease of use for other pharmacies apps like CVS (best) and Walgreens (better than this hot mess of an app). Really need to fix these issues.
What is the point of this app? Useless
Downloaded the app. Created profile, login etc. Transferred prescriptions over and picked up first prescription at pharmacy but never received notification. Asked pharmacy why. They say they added me to their notifications and should receive now. Cannot see my prescriptions anywhere in app or any information other than my profile. Doctor called in another prescription, still no notifications. Ridiculously lame and waste of time. No way to contact pharmacy other than it has their phone number.
Deleted, reinstalled, relogged in to the app. It’s still the same useless piece of crap. Wish I’d stayed with Kroger.
Not Happy
I am so unhappy with this app now! I used it for quite awhile without issue then my pharmacy closed one store, and I had to change to a different location. Now for some reason I cannot log onto my account or change my password! I have called numerous times for help to get this issue resolved and still no resolution. This effects not only my life but my husband and my 91 year old mother as I am responsible for their medical care. Maybe this seems like a small situation - a password into an account - really it is, however it keeps me from easily managing our lives; and makes me feel uneasy- how can I trust them with medications that effect our lives daily.
Potential
I was excited to see a pharmacy with an application but a lot of things don’t work.
1. I have no pharmacy history listed despite filling scripts
2. Only pickup is an option in the app although I can get delivery.
3. Would be nice to see my medications listed with the ability to see refills and last filled etc., so I can be proactive to reach out to my doctor.
4. I got a text with a link for a refill, but that refill doesn’t show in the app.
5. When I select refill, it really should be its own page. Took me awhile to find it only to see it has no real time status.
6. No email or text notifications when the order has been processed, picked up, or “being filled”.
It’s really good BUT……
The appIs convenient yes but these are the changes that would make it absolutely PERFECT!
There isn’t a function on the app currently to see your last refill order. You get a text from the pharmacy saying your order for 4 prescriptions has been refilled. But, the problem is if you normally get 5 refills there’s no way to check which 4 have been filled. This is because it doesn’t update the “last refill” date under the prescription title until AFTER you pick it up.
Here is the fix….If you could have the refill date updated before you pick it up then I would know which one is missing or even BETTER ..if you could have a function that says “your order” or “your current order” then I would also know what’s missing. Either one would work great.

App Doesn’t Work
I’ve had the app installed for several months and have successfully submitted a prescription refill exactly once. I don’t know where the problem lies. I submit the request, I get an email confirmation from PocketRx, and the pharmacy information is correct. When I go to the pharmacy, they have not received the refill request. I submitted again last week, and once again, despite getting an email confirmation that the pharmacy had the refill, the pharmacy didn’t actually have it when I went to pick it up. It’s almost as easy and much more effective to email the pharmacy than it is to use the app, so I’m deleting the app.
Additionally, the scan function doesn’t work for me to enter a prescription. It doesn’t capture all the prescription’s numbers. I have to go in and edit.
It would also be great to be able to enter the number of refills somewhere in the app so that I could keep track.
All in all, this app needs serious testing and reworking.

This pharmacy treats you great until you question them about the promotion they had for 25 fir each person once they start filling there . Then when you want your referral money the male pharmacist gets aggressive and defensive then violates laws by contacting your dr for reasons that have nothing to do with your medical situation or meds . And what he does there I was told by Caresource is illegal and complaints have been filed . Still following through with more processes to hold him responsible for how he treated me and violated several pharmacists rules. I can’t wait to see what the pharmacist board has to say about how he violated several things by contacting my dr for non dosage or medication reasons and refused to fill my prescription that he had already excepted from another pharmacy that had refills which Caresource said is absolutely not allowed and is violating codes of pharmacist all because I called him out on his scam of falsely advertising a referral bonus just to get more customers and they are connected to a maintenance drug clinic in Anderson that starts with the initials CS which is who he called to try to get me kicked out of program but didn’t work all it did was get me investigating him and practices which lead me to find out directly from my insurance company he was in lots of violations and they even recommended me to other sources to file complaints about what he did ... they don’t care about you up there and by the way you know generics can contain up to 40% less of the active ingredient by law and think about how many other places you ever saw the kind of meds he gives out? Just a thought for you and why does I never show the cash price like all other pharmacies do when you pay with insurance? Why no description of pill on bottle like other places? I’m telling you this guy is very suspect in my opinion and from my insurance company info he was not aloud to refuse to fill my refill once he transferred it from another pharmacy but he did and caused me problems sooo I’m giving him back what he have me but only thing is he has alit more to lose than I lost (a sham pharmacist) but just FYI BEWARE of this place ! I can’t wait to see what happens and what kind of changes are made when all my sources I’ve filed and contacted finish with him ... just beware of this place guys they don’t care about you they act like that but question them one time about something and see how aggressive he gets with you ! It’s all about the money and luring customers in with con attitudes all fake up there and think about the few things I mentioned above just really think about it ... he’s an aggressive man that gets defensive if you question anything about his place or anything that has to do with you just not taking what they give and having to except that because he’s in control! But I’m not sure how much longer he will be after I get done with all my procedures. Just putting it out there be careful at this guys place ! And only reason there is even 1 star is because I have to rate atleast 1 to even submit this !

How can I tell if my prescriptions have already been refilled before I requested them? I can only assume they have when the app kicks my request back, telling me I’m attempting to refill too soon.

Useless after updates
Whatever these last 2 updates did, undo it! My profile is gone and it’s not letting me create another one. Working fine last month then couldn’t submit my refill last week. Completely useless right now.

Password reset
Trying to reset password because it forced a new log-in. Forgot password. So reset email doesn’t allow me to create a new psw. It wants me to log-in to reset. How can I log-in if I don’t remember my psw. !

For over two weeks this app has not worked... I call the pharmacy and report it and they just say they will tell them about it. It’s so frustrating... the app they used before this one worked fine. Need to fix!

PocketRx needs to show dates filled so that I know at a glance what can be refilled. I order for my whole family. This feature has been removed also I need to be able to remove several medications from auto fill. Not user friendly at all!

Needs improvement on medications
There needs to be an abiliry to delete a medication no longer used or entered incorrectly. Edit doesn’t edit. It duplicates causing multiple entries. Scan picks up 2 extra digits on rx number and pharmacy fussed at me for entering it incorrectly

Lost profile
This was a very convenient way to refill our prescriptions until about two weeks ago. My profile and meds are gone. Tried to re-enter my info but it won’t let me. I’ve tried this every few days, hoping it was just a glitch and would be fixed soon.

The app was great now it’s garbage
It won’t let me leave the pharmacy page to reorder and when I accidentally logged out it wouldn’t let me log back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled and now it won’t offer me any local pharmacies the app is garbage now. Whatever the developers did to it they ruined it!

Help!
I like that I can just click a med to have refilled - BUT, I can’t delete meds that I no longer need! Yes I go to medications - delete - but when I log back in everything is there again, even meds I have not placed on app and haven’t had for years! Please help fix this!

Impossible resetting password
This app leaves a lot to be desired. After loading all my medications and pharmacy everything was working nicely until it didn’t. I have tried to reset my password over and over just to be told my username or password is incorrect. The instructions are not clear at all. Very frustrated!

PocketRX stopped working
Loved this app until it stopped working and erased ALL my profiles. When trying to add the profiles back it keeps giving me a message of can’t update profiles at this time. Unreliable it seems and needs to be fixed. Not my pharmacy as I checked with them to make sure so I would know the problem lies within this app.

Entire profile disappears
I have an Apple phone and every time I use the app I have to add the entire profile of the family member I want a refill for. It does not save the profile and you have to start from scratch each time. I have talked to other users of this app and the android users don’t seem to have problems but every Apple user does

Not working well on my iPhone!
Will not accept my password - then will not respond at all. Said email was sent to reset my password... still haven’t received an email.
This is my 2nd episode with this problem. Last time I just registered as a guest. Last app never did this.
Now the 3rd time I’ve tried to use it. I even deleted the app and tried to sign up again but it says my email is in use! I never receive an email to reset my password. This app is horrible!

Reminders piece of the app
Can only set a daily reminder
Would be nice to set a monthly reminder (to refill Rx).
Or a custom reminder (for various upcoming Dr. appointments).
Guess I’ll just use my Google calendar...hence, this piece of the app is useless to me.
AND the fact that I cannot post my review without creating a nickname to post as well...I have attempted six different nicknames, all taken. Who cares what my nickname is? People looking for reviews only want feedback about my opinion of the app.
