We will gladly refund 100% of your account balance back into your credit card at anytime. All you need to do is to email your request to [protected]@idphonecard.com, indicating your primary phone number and the reason for the refund so that we can improve our service in the future. You will be refunded within 24 business hours.
On 9/13/2017 I sent an email requesting the refund of my balance of $128.17 the reason being that I have not used it for many years and do not anticipate using it in the future.
When I called today, I was told that they could not process the refund. The rep. told me to transfer the balance it to another user, and when I said I do not know anybody else who is registered with iDPhone card, he said that I will have to use it myself and that they cannot give me a refund.
