Ordered product start of December 2023, Provided tracking number with delivery date on or before Dec 22nd. Delivery number returns no details and unable to track. Contacted customer support, via email, on Dec 21st. Was advised order would be delayed and should be able to track in a couple of days. Have made numerous attempts to contact since and no response forthcoming from iFramed. There are a number of customers on trust pilot complaining of the exact same issue as above.
Desired outcome: Return of payment.
