If you are a member / owner with IHA. Don't give referrals to them!
I was given 4 months free membership, but was moved from a good to a bad position on their listing.
They never respond on e-mails and there is no telephone number any where to be found.
Result:
I have no more inquiries! and given them 2 new clients.
Can anybody advice me?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I could not complete the free listing offer so after an hour of work listing every detail and many photos I was presented with a payment screen. I emailed them and there was no response. I have been searching for a phone number which lead me to this page. I believe is it against uk online trading laws to not clearly display a telephone number for customers to contact you. I would like to add my voice of concern to that of Madeleine Pessers

I am afraid you are correct. IHA has no tel. No. on any of their web pages, nor any company information, which actually is illegal. Contacting the administration is frustrating because e-mails are not answered.

Yes having tried them for several years we have continued to find their service bad. They do not answer emails and now when we have had one of the very rare enquires they want 29 euros to give us the contact details - we only paid once for an ad due to their poor performace. They have also made it impossible to deleter the ad on line or hide it now! Awaiting a response from them for the first time maybe and if not we will be compaling to the european consumer board
I had no idea this company existed, I was googling and searching for holiday cottages to rent in the Cotswolds, Devon and Cornwall. Having narrowed it down to a few choices I left it over night to decide which one. In the mroning I had an email called 'IHA.com - Your reservation' and when I looked at it saw an alleged reservation from a cottage in Bath from 20/04/2008 - 22/04/2008 (?) the date is crazy but it is enough to make you worry as it never went to junk mail, it showed up stright to my inbox and despite the made date the claim that a reservation existed had me panicked, clearly via cookies or some sort of method they picked up what i was looking for. I opened the email on my iphone as the software is quite sophisticated against viruses, I then half forgot and opened it on my computer, so far no problems, hopefully it will stay this way but I have amde no reservations, i can only assume it is a scam. Hopefully they haven't accessed my bank details or anything but I am concerned now. I'd give them a wide berth, they seem pretty shoddy.
I live in France and because of IHA I am now being taken to Court. I have sent emails and requested address etc. I am still waiting for a response. Watch this space. Going to contact trading standards etc. and the press.

If you do a WHo IS Search via the internet, the company address and all contact information in Luxembourg appears.
Absolutely negative...and good luck getting rid of their constantly frequent emails from those who "benefit" from membership
Don't know if people remember. I had a court case due to the advertising - due to the tick off boxes with IHA. and the bad translation of information by IHA. I am not in prison, but could have been due to a claim of false advertising. I received a fine of 2000 Euros but was set aside, with a warning. Therefore would advise everyone not to use them!
The charged my a subscription so that I could see an "enquiry" I had received, but the enquiry bounced straight back. This company is a fake and they are luring in subscribers by posting fake enquiries to the free ads. Avoid.

Cet hébergement est disponible aux dates souhaitées. Nous avons contacté les propriétaires par téléphone.
Votre problème est que vous n êtes plus autorisés à représenter cet hébergement mais que vous continuez à le présenter dans votre portfolio d options. Probablement illégal.
Nous ne visiterons plus votre site et comptons bien partager notre mésaventure
