iHome Autovac Nova review: I want a refund.

I purchased the iHome Autovac Nova robot vacuum from Dailysale.com in March 30th which arrived in Apr 4th. The unit is now defective and have contacted the manufacturer who confirmed this. The unit has been barely used and was bought in advance as part of preparation to moving. We only started using it June 15th which should register on some cloud they to track app usage or users. The website only provides 30 day warranty which now makes sense apparently because they sell defective units to begin with. The manufacturer refuses to cover saying that dailysale.com is not an authorized seller, despite iHome marketing their products with lifetime warranties. I know nobody will refund me or replace the unit because of both parties are irresponsible! But I wanted this known by your office that practices like this leaves consumers robbed of our hard earned money. If anyone would care to look at this, the order number was 1961590 on dailysale.com.
