The business that I am reporting is, violating any and all federal and state tax laws. The owner has been operating this business for over 40 years and is in violation of said business responsibilities. This employer has approximately 10 + employees who are working under the table, off the grid, and undocumented. As an employer it is her responsibility to report wages, salaries, federal income tax withheld, social security, Medicare taxes, and federal unemployment tax (FUTA). How I came to know these facts, is because my best friend has been working for this business on and off for over 10 years. On June 01, 2022, through June 05, 2022, my best friend worked at the business cooking and prepping food. She received in income $40.00 dollars through a Zelle transfer into her bank account, as full compensation for 5 days of work. My best friend along with several others who work here, are being paid slave wages which are not being reported to the IRS. This employer is taking advantage of disabled individuals, drug addicted, and children, who are working and not being fully compensated for labor. Unreported wages disqualify an individual from receiving tax refunds, medical insurance and unemployment compensation if needed. I have been fortunate to hear the horror stories and slave wages paid by this establishment for over 40 years. I also believe that this business is not reporting all of the revenue that is generated annually to avoid paying necessary taxes due to the government. I furthermore believe that this business is a front for something much bigger and illegal. This business is actually providing large catering events on a daily basis, to various Mosques around the Atlanta area. Although catering is not illegal? Its is illegal to only report small portions of what you are actually making to the IRS concerning your business. Plus, withholding wage information, for the sole purpose of avoiding depositing employment tax, to include, wages, tips, and other compensation paid to employees. I personally believe that the information that this business is providing to the IRS is only one third of the total revenue generated on a daily basis. The elaborate menu of Lamb and other high-end foods provided to the Mosques, through daily catering events, provides evidence of the full scale of revenue that is generated on a daily basis. This business is in violation of tax noncompliance, for over 40 years. Employment tax violations. Social Security, Medicare, and federal income withholding violations. The main violation is business income reporting, to avoid paying the required business income taxes. Self-employment tax violations. Taxes and credit figured by the IRS can not be accurate if not all revenue is reported. Tax on a child, and other unearned income. (Kiddie Tax). This business is in serious violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. Violation of not keeping records on all wages made by its employees. Family help because several family members are employed who are natives of Africa. The manager recently got married, so there is possible personal income tax evasion, and for married couples who own a business. Record keeping requirements and paying employment taxes. I have sat for years listening to my friend complain about the abuse of power by this owner, and not even being paid minimum wage which the law in the US. My main purpose for reporting these violations is to stop this business from utilizing unfair wage practices, and so that this will not happen to anyone else. This business frequently hires low-income Black people, drug addicted individuals and mentally challenged individuals who are less likely to report the unfair treatment to proper authorities. The owner is from Africa, and she is taking advantage of individuals that are less fortunate, felons, and disabled individuals working under the radar of the government who are possibly receiving SSI. I remember one incident of a young schoolgirl who worked all week and was paid $25.00 dollars. And my friend said the child began to cry, and she felt so bad that she gave the child $25.00 of the $50.00 dollars that she had made all week. To say the least. This business is not keeping record of business transaction, purchases, sales, payroll, and other transactions. By not keeping records, it is impossible to monitor the progress of the business, prepare accurate financial statements, identify sources of income, prep tax returns and support items on their tax returns. You must show income and expenses for federal tax purposes. The only way to show the burden of proof if audited, is the responsibility to substantiate entries, deductions, to support the statement made on your tax return. I am absolutely certain that if this business is audited, it will not likely be capable of providing the necessary documentation to support wage growth, transactions, etc. And more importantly, business revenue annually dating back to 1982 until this day. I am thanking you in advance for your corporation and consideration where this unfortunate situation is concerned.

Warmest Regards

Desired outcome: AUDITED BY THE IRS
