I booked 2 tickets for the 7th of July 2024, the bus was supposed to depart in Queenstown Railway station at 19:00. It did not arrive and they send a massage to say it will arrive @ 22:00, which it didn't. My children are still sitting at the station since yesterday. They don't know what to do because they don't have money to take another transport, yet the schools are opening tomorrow.
How do you let your offices take the bookings if you know it very well that you don't have a bus for that particular day. This is really frustrating because you're putting our children at risk of staying the whole night outside in a cold weather
