their website is impactcashusa.com. That site will take you where you need to go! Their phone number is [protected] and their e-mail is customerservice@impactcashusa.com.

I hope this helps!

THey took out 605 at one time for a payment and now their website is down. Any suggestions as to how to get in contact with them.

I never signed payment agreement electronic or otherwise. I was simply looking at the sight to see if I'd qualify for a payday loan. within a couple days $300 was deposited to my account. Now they take out $90 each paycheck. And I have no way to reach the company to discuss it with them. My resolution is through my bank to put a stop payment on them. Maybe they'll fill the need to contact me then!

I spoke to a gentle by the name of (roger) and he told me I was approved for up to $5'000.00 dollars. He asked me what I wanted the loan amount to be. I told him $3'000.00. He told me that wouldn't be a problem then said to me that i needed to send an insurance fee of $281.00 to one ( julian Ramos jr) in florida. So I did so. then he said I just needed to speak to his supervisor and the money would be sent to me. Well his supervisor (ronnie) then said I would need to send him $410.00 more dollars and like a fool I did so. The insurance money I sent was suppose to be sent back to me plus my loan amount. Then ronnie said I had to be transferred to an IRS agent to answer some questions. So then I spoke with a person by the name of (skyler Jones) who was suppose to be this IRS agent and he said my credit score wasn't high enough to receive the loan but if I sent them $595.00 then that would boost up my credit score to 650 then I could get the loan. So now I'm out $691.00 dollars that I couldn't afford to be with out. I've never felt so stupid.
