This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee. When I called them and asked for a refund they claimed that they could not refund the account set up fee but they could set up the consultation since they never provided that service. They never processed the refund and never returned my call nor picked up the phone. For something that cost almost a thousand dollars, this is the biggest rip off I have seen to date. Trust me people just clean up your credit the slower way; pay off your bills and keep a good standing revolving account. Imperial Legal is a ridiculous rip off!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Apparently you are not the only one. I had the same problem and asked for a refund. Now they are out of business. I went to thier office and nothing is there. Their neighbor said they picked up and moved out a few weeks ago. One of their previous employees is claiming they are not getting their paychecks and the ones they did receive bounced. This is a fraud and I fell for it too.

I agree with the complaint. They are defintely a ripoff. Supposely been repairing my credit since October, I haven't seen any improvement. A big fraud.
I had the same problems but I have found them. They are now under they name Axiom financial and there number is [protected]. There new address 369 S Main St Troutman, NC 28166
Isn't there some way to sue them? My son could have used that $1150 to pay off a lot of his credit card debt. It sickens me that these people can get away with that when people are trying so hard to improve themselves...and they so blatantly lie to tell you what you want to hear to come up with that kind of money. Can't they be served with papers to refund the money or come back to Florida for court?
I am so mad that the money I put in to get my credit repaired is gone now I still have a block on my credit and a law enforcement block and do not know how to get this block taken off and if there is anyone that knows how I can get someone to help fix this problem...
Ok I have been trying to get these guys for a while it has come down to this. I am in nc they where in fl when they cheated me. I can't file a report in nc but can't aford to go to fl. If you are in fl file a report in fl. what they did is illegal and they can get jail time for it. I can find them up here but cant touch them yet but if you guys file complants, and get the tampa sheriffs dep looking for them I can hand them over. Please go after them they have cheated alot of people, and as fare as I can tell that is they only way to get them.
they also ripped us off we live in indiana we are going to call the wave three trouble shotter at are local tv stationn and go publice with this
I see I wasn't the only one to fall victim to these ###s.I'm in Atlanta GA..I started my service with them Feb 09 .I tried for several weeks to get in contact with them from 3/25/09 till May 5, 2009. I tried calling and faxing them but all numbers were disconnected. I made a compliant in MAY, If anyone knows Bill King he was the one who told me about what happened to them and helped me get my money back and BANK OF AMERICA gave me my money back as a temporary credit while they look into it. Two mths later they took it back out saying they need more info from me, so I gave it to them. Then they said I didnt give them exact dates of services to be finished and blah blah so I did that also AGAIN...I called today 8/17/09 to check on my status and they said it looks like the acct is still active, I said no its not they jumped ship and took my dam money. They gave me there new name Axiom Financial [protected]. I was like thats not who I signed up with to handle my credit. I called that number and asked them did they go by the name Imperial Legal Service and the lady who answered the phone said "NO" and quickly hung up the phone... they did the same thing to us this is what you have to do we are tryen to get are money back too we paid them sixteen hundred dollors you have to contack the bbb and they well forward the complaint to the north carolyn bbb you must fill out the complaint fore and send a letter to the attoney general to also o hope more and more people well do waht i said i got a letter yesterday from the bbb and the attoney generanl everyone who has been ripped off by thhis company needs to do this it well help all the victems like you and me please forward this to all who have been took by imperial legal than you
I was also ripped off by these people, they first told me that they would take care of all my credit problems and i had to make 3 instalment payments of $ 300 and then it would take around 3 to 6 months for them to start sending letters out to the crediters and start seeing some of this information cleared, my concern is that they also took my personal information and a copy of my drivers liscense, what else are these people going to do to rip us off, they already made me loose time and took my money, and now another credit repair company is tring to repair it and now i am affraid to try to repair my credit. from the bad experience that i already had with imperial legal service.if any one has any suggetions to how to repair my credit please help, i already payed off all my creditors .so whats next since imperial legal didn't do anything. please reply to Veronicarl5 @yahoo.com

You guys werent the only one who got taken for a ride. I have to agree with Raquel, it is very scary to think that they have all of our personal information out there just dangling. I called constantly trying to reach someone about my with regards to my account. I am seeking a full refund but all the numbers are either disconnected or goes to voicemail. If anyone has any further suggestion please post it and i will be following up with BBB.
i also was a victim me and my wife both spent 1000 dollars each 100 a month for me and 100 for her months went buy all they said to send them any mail months went buy noithing credit score still the same they are no where to be found no number they are a big scam in tampa florida any one has any info on them please post they are thiefs and possible using youur ss and info selling it in other countries who knows what they are up 2 its a big fat scammm beware of imperial legal aka axiom is there new name
We need to file a complaint with the police department. If you are in Tampa, Florida the number is [protected]. I was trying to log onto my account and was unable to connect to their website. I tried to call their number and it was disconnected. This arose suspicion, so I did a general google search and I found this website with your complaints. Thank you, this a great way to communicate and let others know what is going on. I am also a victim. I signed up with them a year ago and saw no change in my credit score. In fact, my score went down. I have applied for credit and have been turned down. They charged me almost $2, 000, to fix my credit and my husband's. Something needs to be done.

Just to let everyone know that If you have Bank of America call them and make a complaint. I got my money back. I made a claim with BOA and told them that I didnt recieve my services from this company and they changed names, numbers dont work. To make the process move faster make sure you have ALL PAPER from Imperial Legal that were sent to you. The new name and the old name doesnt match with what you subscribed for and Imperial Legal doesnt exsist...All it took was one phone call to my bank and they gave me a temp credit of the $899.oo I gave them back to me in my account while they looked into my claim. Three weeks later I recieved a letter in the mail from BOA asking for more info. I sent it back and 2 months later it was final. I got my money. SO contact your bank, credit card company and FIGHT...If you paid them cash you are SOL...I feel sorry for alot of people who have and WILL fall prey to these crooks
thanks for all the info aout there. i did file with the bbb, but it could take months before something happens. we need to keep finding ways and resources to make them pay and take them to court for everyones money back. they buy time and dont really do anything to your credit. they say them items on there, but the only items they really remove are your alies names and old addresses, thats all. that what they call work on your credit report. this will be a fight till the end for those who paid out thousands of dollars.we need to keep posting comments and new info, so we can proceed our victory. thanks everyone for joining in on this ordeal.
They are currently out of business and the Owner, one Dino Iampieri has filed bankruptcy. I used to work for them in their correspondence and data entry department. Most of you did not know the proceedures we had to go threw with the Credit Bureaus. We would send in your information with a request for your correspondence and they would send something back stating that they needed something else or more. But, aside from that I lost my job because they moved to NC and now they are out of business so you will never get your money back because the owner has filed bankruptcy.
Like many others we too were ripped off by a company DBA The Imperial Law Group in Sacramento CA. This occured during the last half of last year 2013. After we saw that they were doing absolutely nothing for six months and one of the credit card companies sold our debt to someone else we terminated our agreement with them. They kept $1300 out of the $1600 that we gave them, claiming administravtive costs. These people are thieves and I will do all I can to prevent others from falling into their clutches. They just collect the money, maybe file some piece of paper with the credit card companies but believe they will ruin your credit even though you think you are trying to save it. They are probably the same people in the other complaints listed here but they just keep moving around. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone else do the same, even if it was years ago.
Me too. Just terminated my contract with them. Now trying to get my money back. Doesn't look good from previous postings. Someone needs to shut these crooks down!
I have received two phone calls from them, they are saying they have legal paper work and I need to contact them. Looks like they are here in Phoenix under the name Imperial processing services. I think they've moved to California, now. One of my employees may lose his house because of them! Stay away from Imperial Legal Services!
