I've been trying to login to my mail account on www.mail.indiatimes.com since the last few days (i.e. since Jan 15 2012) but after entering my credentials (username and password), the page just hangs and there is no progress in order to open the mailbox. There's no way I've been able to get in touch with the customercare to resolve this issue. could you kindly help?

Hi. I am facing problem since last 3 days i.e since 25-03-12.. I can open indiatimes site.but for indiatimes mail --- it shows internet explorer cannot display the web page. i am able to access all other sites but for indiatimes mail. can you please help. my indiatimes mail id is jshah24@indiatimes.com. please look in to it. my alternate e-mail id is shahjiten33@gmail.com.

I am always facing this problem trough Google Chrome. Now the problem has started through IE also. Have they stopped email service because of diesel price hike?

Hi, I have not received emails in my Indiatimes ID Inbox from 1st October 2012 till 24th October 2012, (reasons unknown) is there any kind of backup mechanism that is there at Indiatimes. If yes, is there anyway that I can get my emails for the said period. Thanks in advance.

Indiatimes Email Team, please let us know if you are planning to shutdown your Email Account, so that we can plan our alternative.
