Beware of indoobestsellers a internet book seller. Their shipping time is excessive. Furthermore, the shipping time promised is not the actual time. When asking for a full refund because they mislead you on the time, they only refund the cost of the book not the shipping costs both ways.
I ordered 2 books on november 2014, 6 months later, I have not received anything and they only send me automatic replies by e-mail, that "as soon as they hear from the post office, they will let me know".I asked for a refund and again, an automatic reply (totally irrelevant) to ask me to "return the package", when from the beginning I told them I did not receive anything!
In addition to their frauds, they are also pathethic and incoherent..Of course I will never buy anything from them and will tell as many people as possible to beware of these rats!
I ordered a book from them on Amazon and although it took 22 days to get to me in Florida from their address in New Jersey, it did arrive about three days before deadline, in exactly the condition I ordered it. So while that doesn't invalidate the rightful grievances of the other posters on this page, perhaps it does suggest that they've improved their operations over time. I also hope that, as of my writing this post, they've also done right by you other posters in here.
Same problem! 3x they told me they re shipped book and it never showed up! Can't talk to anyone you get automated responses. Crappy seller.
They are liars my order is passed due don't do business with them
Don't reach out to indoobestseller for any book find out from Amazon who you dealing with first because they have 3rd party dealer which is using at your own risk. not saying Amazon is bad but some of there affiliators are.
I ordered a small, thin, history book that normally retails for around $20.00 in any hobby shop. Whatever cost savings purchased thru Amazon were negated by an excessive wait time to receive it-12 days! This could have shipped in a small postal box or padded envelope. Attempts to reach the seller resulted in computer generated responses. While I don't blame Amazon, this terrible company should be black listed as a vendor.
I ordered a college book from them on August 31, 2018 and on September 4, 2018 they claimed they sent the book. Through Amazon they are to send a tracking number, when I asked for it, they said they do not send tracking numbers. They said that I should receive the book by September 16, which was a Sunday. As of today still no book and I only live in PA which is less then 2 hours from them. No response from them other than I should receive the book. I contacted Amazon who will now have to issue me the refund.
Firstly, indoobestsellers doesn't even bother to ship for several days...and then they use the unnecessary step of DHL. Any company that uses DHL simply adds literally weeks of frustration, no updates, and delays to what would otherwise be a two or three day process.
What is wrong with these people...absolutely the worst on line book store from which to order.
Agree with the other reviewers. They appear, in my opinion, to be nothing more than a go-between. I ordered a Real Book 6th Ed. on Amazon. It took 22 days to receive; long past the promised date. Frustration led to researching it and I could have ordered it directly from Hal Leonard publishing for significantly less cost. I'm speculating that they order from Hal Leonard, up the price, then send it to the customer. Although DHL deliveries are slow, I believe the go-between mode adds to the slow delivery times. Based on this experience, I recommend researching the publisher first as well as checking reviews on the vendor. I've ordered from Amazon since their inception and have always received excellent service and very punctual deliveries until the delays associated with this vendor.
OMG now that I'm reading these comments I don't understand why these people are still in business? Amazon should see these issues and either Force the company to improve or drop them. It's not fair for the common Amazon shopper to not know there's a major problem with the vendor until after the trouble starts. I'm only doing this research now on this vendor because I'm having all the problems with what people are saying in this comment section. Who has the ability and time to look up every vendor every time they buy something on Amazon? Amazon either develop an alert system that there's a problem with this vendor so that the potential buyer is aware or drop them.
