Information Group, LLC US Property Info review: Property reports require purchase along with/ membership, refuse to refund if cancel

The website uspropertyinfo.com is refusing to give me the refund of $23.95 that was, fraudulently, charged to my bank account. I contacted customer service several times and said I did not sign up for a membership, I paid for a one-time purchase of $1.00 for one report. I said that if they had me enrolled in a membership, I want it cancelled and my refund. It has been weeks now (almost a month) and I still have not received a refund, despite customer service/support telling me repeatedly that they will and I should see it in a few days. I attempted to contact them through their website email address, but it's fake, no emails go through. I get an error message every single time telling me that it cannot be delivered to that address. I've tried calling as well, but that didn't work either. The only method of contact that has worked is the customer service chat. I don't know what else to do. I'm afraid that this a scam and that they will continue to charge me for this "membership". One of the online assistant chats I had was with Annie. She said that she had to refer the information to the "concern" department and they would issue the refund. No other assistants mentioned anything about having to refer to this department. It's a simple resolution, but I keep getting the runaround. I feel like I'm being scammed. I'm so tired of this and had to do something.

The last, most recent, contact I had was a chat with Emily who said, yet again, that she cancelled the membership and refunded my account. She provided a confirmation number which was # 3762370 on 9/12/22.
