Insurance Care Direct review: Inaccurate information given by sales agents 1

I responded to a call from this company and spoke with a Michael Rumford who did not tell me the Multi-plan PPO he was offering me(He also mentioned Optimum Freedom Choice Plan & Unified Caring Association) was "Not a Qualified Health Plan under ACA" and afterwards Valeri from the verifying dept went through the details of the policy very quickly, but I was told by Michael not to interrrupt her and answer just a "Yes"as she would have to start over again to do the recording. I do not remember her saying that it was not a qualified plan under ACA either. I signed on for the OptimumOneHealth plan for my husband with his permission and was charged $249.55 and $99.99 enrolment fee.
After I logged on to the email I was sent with the membership ID
I left a message for an urgent call back from Michael when I found out that I could not find the 2 hospitals we use and that this was not a full health insurance but more of a discount plan not qualified under ACA. When he did not call back, I logged on to the BBB website and saw sales complaints against Freedom Life Insurance Co. - [protected]-(who Michael said were the underwriters) confirming the same false information that was given to me. I called the customer service number for refunds and asked Christine for an immediate cancellation of the account and a full refund and she agreed to do so.
