I applied for loan modification with Integris Support Services but they never did anything about my loan. I paid all their bills but no service was received and I ended up being in worse situation than I started with.

We to got scammed, I paid them $2700.00 to handle a loan modification for us, did not get the modification & lost our home to foreclosure yesterday. When I tried to contact Integris today to start my refund process I find out the number in no longer a working number, tried to go to their website & its non-existent. Now I have no home to live in & no money to move. I thought I was so careful to research this company before sending them any money. I am just sick don't know what we will do now!

I am in the same situation. They appeared to be a legitimate company, but now I cannot get a hold of them. They sold me that they would send in the modification and negotiate with the bank. They submitted the paperwork and told me to follow up with the bank. Of which the banks states they never recieved it. It looks like a bunch of people got scammed on this one.

We did the same too...did some research...accredited then but NOT now by the Nationwide Business Bureau. The emails returned, phone disconnected and they apparently have vacated the building...We are out $2500.00. Have complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona and Attorney General Office in Arizona. Our local police department told us to file a small claims/civil suit. We are in Alaska. Dealing with Bank of America( and that's no walk in the park). We did get a modification but less than the 50 per cent or guaranteed 2.75 per cent interest rate. We are lucky as we avoided foreclosure, but this has certainly made things tough on us...

This company and Lucy Campbell are a total rip off. They were quick to take my money and did not explain before hand that they would guide us thru and not do the work for a loan modification. Something that the mortgage companies can guide you through.

We were not able to get a loan modification, so then the next step was for their underwriters to work with the mortgage company to try and get a loan modification. After 30 days they could not, and per the contract were to refund our money within 7 days, but i was told that the check would be issued within the next 3 weeks. That was July 11, 2012. Three weeks later i am finding on the internet that they are closed, the phone number has been disconnected and the emails have been shut down.

I want my money back!

I checked this company out and was scammed! They took over 2, 500 from me which I must recover. They promised a refund. How can it be that I might not get my money back? Today I will file the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and the Arizona Supreme Court.

This company, Integris Support Services, contacted me in January of 2012 about a modification loan. I submitted to several companies about refinancing my home, and Integris must have seen what I had submitted. They called me at home and said they could help me if I would give them a check for $2700.00, and they would send me the paper work to get started. Lucy Campbell was suppose to be my case coordinator who would help me if needed. I phoned her several times and left a message, but she never returned my call. I needed help in filling out the forms. I called the bank that I have a mortgage with, Wells Fargo, and asked them about a modification loan. They said I could not get one, because I was not behind in my payments. Then I knew that Integris could not help me either. I got scammed by this company and want a refund of $2700.00 which I paid them by check. I will file with the BBB of Arizona, and the state attorney of Arizona.
