I along with what seems like hundreds of others have placed a furniture order in 2022. I see some as early as February and ours placed in July, and no one is getting any orders processed. Only delays that keep pushing orders back further and further almost up to a year out. All of these orders have been pre-paid to the company with no resolve. Can't get a hold of anyone at the store, the representative that took the order or anyone else. Only pre-recorder messages. promising a call back that doesn't occur. This company has taken thousands of dollars from multiple clients with no help in getting anything resolved. They need to be stopped immediately and refund every person with interest!
Desired outcome: 100% refund of order placed.
