"You are therefore required to provide us with the following information so we can provide you with our ACCOUNT OFFICERS INFORMATION for delivery payment." Why not give their "ACCOUNT OFFICERS INFORMATION " before we provide our information?

I received several emails from them, too, but they didn't ask for any money concerning fees or anything. They mentioned that they would deliver my winning check and certificate free of charge within 48 hours. And I had to show proof of my name, address, and a picture id. That's all! I sent all that information in and I'm going to sit back and wait to see what's going to happen. Besides, I'm not losing anything! So it can be true and then again if they don't deliver what they said I've won, then it is a scam.

Thanks,

Tamera P. Cash.

Dears,

I have recieved similar email and they called by Mr harrisson and Mrs Maria and they have told me that i have paid 600 pound before they delivering to me my cheq as they said so, so i told them that i do not have the amount right now and if they can transfered the cheq to an account in the bank they can take the delivery charge from it and send to me the rest of money, but they refused to do that as my name is on the cheq.

Now i am still believe in them, but if they insist to not take the delivey charges from the amount, i do not want the money not anymore.

I just received and email today re: winng of a lottery. They said I had won 850, 000, 000 in pounds. They asked that I send them a form with my basic info: name, address ect. and I did. within minutes of sending the massage I received a second email asking me to contact ICS for delivery of my check. I had sent an email to them stating that I wanted to verify there comany and if any check is turned over it would be verified by our proper authorities here in the states. I also told them that I would not supply any of my own monies or pass anything through my checking account. I will sit back and wait for what comes next. PS I also check out there ICS website and all that popped up was a line of words. Welcome to the portal. That's it! I think this is a scam. Be Careful.

I received an email advising me i had won the Shell company sweepstakes prizem and all I had to do was send the money to ICS for handling(around 450pounds). I never entered the contest and if this is legitimate why didn't Shell use a legitimate carrier like DSHS or Federal Express? I'm going to send this to the UK Fraud Investigation Unit.

I get about 10-20 of these ridiculas scam emails a week. Sometimes I like to respond if its a slow day.
Definitly this is a scam. A 5 Series BMW and $1, 000, 000.
For the low price of sending them $1400.
International Fed Ex delivery for a check is no more than $20.00. If they are holding a Million dollars in escrowe, they are makeing about $2, 000.00 a day for letting it sit static. I think they can come up with free delivery. No need to be cheap.
To deliver an auto to the US would cost about the $1, 400.00, so the charge is about in line. How ever!
No one would give away a new BMW and a Million dollars then be so cheap as to ask for a delivery charge. Sort of like getting a Million dollar job then asked to pay rent on your office.

Total Scam! I have read these emails and others. The papers and the check that they send will be fake and the car will not arrive. They are trying to get money from you and steal your identity. I was very excited at first but would not give them my bank account number. We need to all make them spend money on calling us with details, so they have to spend money on phone calls. Tell them we have questions and then when they call act stupid and say we need to send a money order for shipping charges and to call us when they recieve it. Then don't send it. Then when they call or email back, tell them you sent it the day before they called and ask them to call you back if they don't recieve it. That way you can string them along like they strung you along. TOTAL SCAM! Don't send any money or give them your bank account info! These people are theives and will have bad karma for the rest of their lives!

Total Scam! Report them to this email address. http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/reporting.php. So ther people who look up scams won't feel alone. I just got my 2nd phone call from the guy that said he was from the Volkswagen Lottery division. I called them 4 times in England I was so excited! Then I looked up "Volkswagen Lottery in England" on Google and this website came up where lots of people were scammed both for BMW's and a million pounds and Volkswagens and a million pounds. They had a good point on this website. How can you win if you don't enter. I'll get even with this guy by wasting his time like he wasted mine. After he calls me back 2 more times I'll feel that I am even in phone call charges at least. I notified International Courier Systems that I wanted to send a money order what should I do. So now I'm messing with them because they are in cahoots with the guy trying to scam me. We need to call and bug Yahoo about this as it is their email address they are using.

I am very happy I checked this out before I got into anything. I have received scams in the mail before but nothing like this in email. It really pisses me off. If these people put as much effort into a a real career as they do into scamming people, they would be rich anyways. Anyhow, this is what was sent to me:

YOU WON OUR DRAWS £750, 000.00KINDLY CONTACT THE EMAIL BELOW, INTERNATIONAL BONDED COURIEREMAIL: internationalcouriersystems3@gmail.com Please provide our clearance officer with your Order number [protected].Congratulations.***Yours Truly, *****Sir. John Lawrence.

I emailed them with my "order #" and asked what this was about since I hadn't entered a lottery, especially in the UK, as I live in America. In return, I recieved an email explaining how much I needed to send them in order for them to ship my check, Dell laptop computer, and various UK lottery merchandise such as t-shirts and caps.

From the beginning, I suspected that this was a scam but now I am positive that it is. I am going to do as Julianne suggested and report them to wwwconsumerfraudreporting.org and also string them along just to mess with them a little (or a lot). Thanks everyone for sharing your experience. It has saved me time and trouble.

I just received this e-mail as well, and I thought that it was a little funny to begin with, but when they asked for a copy of my driver's license I figured it out! It's probably some form of identity theft... rediculous. And some people would probably proceed with this for the simple fact that they may win a BMW. I stronly urge people not to respond to these e-mails, it is most definetely a SCAM.

I thought that it was too good to be true so i googled the official BMW website and found the telephone number for BMW's Official headquarters (BMW (UK) Limited. Address: Ellesfield Avenue, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8TA. Telephone: [protected] Fax:[protected]. I telephoned them directly and the first person i spoke to was able to tell me what my e-mail said word for word, and that it was most definately a scam and that their legal department is dealing with it, and had been for the last 18 months. Her advice to me was simply to ignore the e-mail and spam any further correspondance.
