International Medical Group review: Travel insurance

I paid for a 5-day cruise with my wife, IMG stated that with this certain plan, if we needed to cancel, we could do so with only a 200.00 fee - Well we couldn't go but paid in full. I have sent them every document they required for the refund. Of course, I was denied. I've been fighting this worthless company since 12/23/2024 and today is 02/27/2025

Id approach this company with a very carefully laid out plan of action, if you intend on using them for anything!

I was told the review will take 30 days - now they are stating 90 days - I'm so fed up with these lowlife people, that won't honor their contract
