Received a letter from this organization called the "International Subscription Service" from Australia signed by Marshall K. Peterson and Alex McGovern. It asks for a "registration fee" by cash, check, or money order of $100 for "3800 chances", $60 for "1900 chances", and $30 for "950 chances". It asks that you send your money to "International Subscription Service Helensvale LPO PO Box 107 Helensvale QLD 4212 Australia". I hope people realize that participating in foreign lotteries is illegal in the first place, so why expect anything legit from this kind of organization in the first place. I doubt that this organization has ever paid anyone but themselves though. Do not fall for this type of scam.

Thank you for taking the time to file this complaint. My mother received a letter from the same people that was almost identical to the one you show. I hope no one will fall for this but unfortunately some will.

I received a letter from these same people asking for a processing fee of 10.00, to enter the Australian lottery with 285 chances !
Always investigate before you act, for I did not know one could not enter the lottery in another country.
