Invitation Processing review: scam

The society invitation scam. They mailed me a letter as an invitation to join the exclusive club and I will have the world at my feet for free. I don't want to get anything from them or anything or anyone else about this period.
Can you please do something about this please do not have these people to contact me again or any form of contact electronic or otherwise.
