Iolo customers support is so bad, it makes all of their products not worth buying. If you call their number, the automated voice gives you several selections to choose from (i.e. press 1, for this, press 2 for that, etc.) Do not bother. The only number that works is "5". None of the others will work. Once the person there transfers you to technical support, put on the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and and by the end, you might get someone on the phone. I renewed my subscription and received the product code but after downloading the software, the program still said my subscription was out of date. After three attempts, I called the telephone line. I still haven't got the problem fixed. Do yourself a favor, do not by any iolo products. It is not user friendly, there is no support, and is just not worth it.
