Ipec foods made my family sign a binding contract for food, they however cheated us that to help us they will divide the paper work and issue the same amount of money to free freezer and computer. They did not reveal that the freezer is a legal trap for the binding contract.They never supplied food as agreed, we are unable to reach them for they do not respond to phone or mails, they still send invoices. We can not sacrifice food money any longer, we need help!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
A simple internet search shows the company has numerous complaints. The Better Business Bureau has given it an F rating. I personally have a probelem with a company that blocks it number when calling me and yet does not accept calls from 'blocked numbers'. The whole thing spells SCAM.
I use to work for this company and they defy are a fraud. Stay far far away from them all. They preach that all their meat is from corn and grain fed animals which is a lie. They also say they have a farm in p.a. Which is a lie. The owner Tarek feeds his employees those lies to sell the idea to customers. Don't fall in the trap
Not even sure how this company is still in business. I use to work there and it's a big scam. They lie and say they have a farm where all the meats come from. No farm! Tarek is the owner and is very unprofessional. Lucy/Helen are the same people. They scheme together. Stay far away from this company.
