This is a dysfunctional non-profit. As non-profit organizations go, this one was a total nightmare. The woman in charge in their New York hole in the wall of an office does financial background checks on targeted potential donors and maintains a list of the ones she plans to approach ahead of her meetings with them. She goes in to those meetings all smiles and phony charm but has already found out everything she can about their finances first. It's disgraceful. She also cannot get along with anyone in that office. She is volatile, and seques from fake sweetness to depressed drags-her-butt misery to SCREECHING and all at the drop of a hat.

She likes to insult her staff and they hate her and can not respect her. If she were to put a recording device in the office she'd find out exactly how much they can't stand her. The woman should probably get herself "evaluated" if you know what I mean. This is one organization whose leadership in Israel needs to take a much closer look at what's happening at their American NY operational headquarters. It's inevitable that one day they'll be on the receiving end of an enormous employment lawsuit at the rate the situation is going and the Israeli CEO probably does not even know how bad it is let alone can see it's coming.

I am rolling on the floor laughing to find out that that woman landed a job at a national museum after the Israel Tennis people finally unloaded her from their staff! She was easily the most INSULTING and UNPROFESSIONAL individual I ever had the displeasure of working with and now she's in charge of a department at a museum. She wrote articles about "teamwork" and "corporate culture" and that sort of thing to try and reinvent herself when she was unemployed but they were like subterfuge, folks! She's probably STILL the same old harridan underneath it all. Unbelievable! May G-d help the people at the museum as nobody else sure will!
