itacho sushi review: bad service

I have recently visited this resturant name Itacho at bugis junction b1.
We have ordered a sakura don lunch set and other foods, we have finished all our food and the sakura don lunch set have not even served to us after 1 hours time . Then we decided to cancle the order, but after we told the waitress to cancle, she pretend that the food is preparing and served to us after another 7 mins time without asking us if we still want it, and the attitude from her and the manager was not polite.
