Italian Consulate in Miami review: Change of name and renewal of passport

I contacted the Italian Consulate in Miami in July of 2022, to do a change of name and renew my Italian passport with the new name; however, is been almost 10 months since (April 2023) and this people do not answer the phones, do not give you an appointment, and do not answer your emails; I sent all the original documents they requested to change my name and renew my passport, but since I sent them all my original documents I have not heard from them.

I even sent and email to LA COMMUNA DI GENOVA in an effort to find out if they received all my documentation from the Italian Consulate, but they have not answered either.

I would like to know to whom I can direct my complaint and escalate it ?

It is unacceptable that a diplomatic corp do not respond to the inquiries of its citizens and ignore any request.

Please Help !
