This dealership has several deceptive practices. Ihave bought/sold/traded numerous vehicles; but Ihave NEVER had to do something like this-contacting your office. I believe this dealership is
acting fraudulently several ways. 1)| went in to look at the Truck Iwas interested in. with an online coupon. I have copy of a $250.00 coupon INSTANT SAVINGS CERTIFICATE which I
presented to Salesperson on my arrival &he gave it to the Dealership Manager to be used for
the purchase of a 2022 FORD F250 Super Duty. VIN#1FT7W2BN0NEE61825 The salesperson told me that this coupon would be taken OFF OF THE PRICE of VEHICLE &i t wasn't. I questioned them while making the purchase and reminded them to take that off of the price of the vehicle and they assured me it was done. At home I looked at the invoice and the $250 had NOT been deducted. 2)Before I went in to make final purchase Icalled ahead &asked if they would take personal check for the balance they said yes. Then when here they told me they would NOT SELL ME THE TRUCK for agreed price unless Igot auto loan for balance of vehicle minus my trade. Iwas FORCED to take an auto loan if Iwanted the truck but Icould have written acheck w/ no loan fee.
