This individual Jack Weintraub who has moonlighted under various corporate and brand names is 100% one to stay AWAY from. Just run a credit report on him or background check and you will see the number of judgements as well as company and personal bankruptcies. He prides himself on not paying his own bills and has bilked private investors and organizations to the tune of hundreds of thousands. He is good at convincing people to invest their time and money into his various ideas which never turn into reality. He takes the investment and uses it to pay off the previous investors as well as his own family's private debts like rent, utilities, car payments, etc. Some of his previous investors include prominent Chicago area and Florida executives. Jack's primary con revolves around streaming video technology. He promises the ability to stream live video from a cell phone and have it be relayed through his service to anyone who wishes to view it on the web. At the time his scams started this was revolutionary but this now can be done by anyone who knows a teenage computer geek. The bottom line to potential investors who may be Googling Jack Weintraub or any of his company names is to STAY AWAY. Also to any potential vendors or advertisers that Jack is trying to sign contracts with- STAY AWAY. He does not pay bills on time and passes blame on others then passes the buck to anyone who will whip out a credit card. This guy is a scam artist, a con man, ###. Be forewarned.
YES, Stay Away! Ripped me off to the tune of $4, 000 with many promises and a great song and dance routine. He was responsible for me loosing a long running contract because of the negative actions he took. He partners with an investor named:

I had the misfortune of meeting him at a trade show where he was "selling" streaming services with Wallace Wolff. That relationship went from appearing positive to something very negative as his schemes became more apparent. Long story short, he had a l ot of schemes and a favorite expression: "Other People's Money". He has refined that to the the maximum. But he always was one scheme too short to make ends meets. And yes, he used investment money to take care of his wife and son who just did not seem to be able to earn enough money to pay the rent, buy food, insure the car and keep the cell phone on. All the time he was doing this he pretended to be a good Christian with strong morals. Probably just a mini-version of Berney Madoff. STAY AWAY!
Many of his web sites mentioned here are shut down no doubt because he didn't pay for them. I have discovered that he is creating an entirely new network of similar web sites: www.livelinktv.mobi www.auctionlivetv.com www.medicalltv.tv are the ones I found. By the way it's so funny you mentioned "Other Peoples Money, " William! He says that all the time! It's only months later that you realize he is probably saying the same thing about you to his newest victim. YOU become the latest "Other Peoples Money." Ugh!

Innovated Tech is not "in business" with Jack Weintraub! I am unclear as to how that belief has come about. I am starting up a respectable business and will not sit idlely by while my business is insulted with libel. I have been around Mr. Weintraub in several social settings but have never had business dealings with him. I can only believe that someone has access to Mr. Weintraub's email contacts and that is how my business and personal information has been found. Mr. Wolff, evidently was scammed by Jack Weintraub the same way we all were. Jack owes a considerable amount of money to Mr. Wolff who I now know is an honest business man dupped like all of us. Pleaase do not fear doing business with Wallace J. Wolff.
I'm thinking a larger picture than small claims court... Have you considered a class action lawsuit to drive the allocated debt way over 10k?
I worked for jack on his medicall site which he renamed Total health television probably in response to this post. After putting in around 120 hours of work in banner design and designing his tri-fold handouts for the project among other assets I stopped working for him because he never paid me. I gave him several opportunities to make a payment of some kind over the last two months and he always seemed to have a story as to why he couldn't pay me. It was my mistake for not having him sign a contract but he claimed to be a christian and he was a friend of a family members. Fortunately the web hosting company where he had the site posted was more than willing to remove my intellectual properties from the site without having to file a DMCA.

Any updates. Want to buy a t. From them but western union seems a bit shady. Why don't they accept regular credit cards like everyone else?
They do accept credit cards through Paypal, which is how I originally paid. They are asking for additional funds through Western Union. EXTREMELY shady.
They said they will refund me the money in 2-3 business days. It has now been 2 days and nothing has happened yet. If I don't get it by Monday I'll start the resolution process with Paypal.
