Purchased points to play on facebook at jackpot party casino twice each time for 9.99 each, total of 19.98. The problem is that I was charged on the debit card but I was not given the points to play so I need to know what to do either for you to refund my account or credit me on jackpot party casino. You can also e-mail me at [protected]@att.net or call me at [protected]. I wish someone would answer when we call I got the number from my transaction detail of my bank account.

I charged a $25.00 charge for credits and you charged it 3 times instead of one time. My email address is skelley22@yahoo.com. I want the charges returned to my Chase bank account immediately as I only charged one time. Thank you. AND that is the last time I will ever do business again if I'm going to be scammed.

Jackpot Casino is screwed up. Won 25, 000 in bonus tonight and did not credit my account. This is not first time. Screw this game try and find a place to contact them? there is no such place., I will advise all DO NOT PLAY

i tried to purchase coins for a game.i did not get my coins and did not get my money put back on my card. your help on this matter would be greatly apreciated.

I have spent $$$$$ playing Jackpot Party, You took my $$$$.
I was playing the BUFFALO game and I hit the full boat $374.000.00. YES $374.000.00
It transferred to my cash credits for 3 seconds then just disappeared.
This is WRONG! Not FAIR!
Why would you not give me my points.
I feel like I got ripped off. I did get ripped off!
You took all my cash!
I WON where are my $374.000, 00 credits?
I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN JACKPOT PARTY!

P.S. I am waiting for my $374.000.00 credits I won on the Buffalo game, it should have been put in my credits at the time I won!

Hi...Monday I had more than forty days played in a row so I got 42 or 43, 000 credits for not missing a day. The next day (yesterday ) it went back to 1, 000 even though i played the day before. Hope you can help. Thank you E klonowski

Jackpot Party is a borderline scam! The lack of customer service is ridiculous. In fact, I am placing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney office because the lack of detailed customer service and the "hiding" under different corporations so that any customer service is not accessible is fraudulent in my book. They hit my CC for $640 or more after minor child was able to keep ordering a stupid game that ended up not refreshing and crediting the game. After submitting four emails and the lack of being able to get an actual person to respond makes me wonder why the extent of hiding to help disgruntled consumers?

The whole app itself is a scam. They claim it’s random. I have spent hundreds of dollars on credits. Every time I do, I get nothing but dead spins. No wins, no bonus games. I went from three billion credits to zero, betting between 513k to 1000080 credits per spin. Essentially over four thousand spins and I didn’t hit a single thing on any game I played. Especially bonus games. And if I did hit a bonus game, the payout was zero to double my bet return. A four thousand spin losing streak? Highly improbable. Even in a real casino. So while it may be random, they have obviously set the payout scale far below any reasonable rate in an effort to keep you purchasing their highly over priced credits. Customer service is an even bigger joke. I was told after I complained, that if I didn’t like it, I didn’t have to play. Then I was blocked. Real professional. These games need to be regulated and payout models on full disclosure to the people playing and paying to play these games. By far the worst app I’ve ever played and most definitely rigged to ensure you lose every time. If I was actually winning real money, then I expect to lose to the house. But when only one side has a chance to profit, regulations need to be set in place.

I have bought packages from 9.99 to 99.00.

I have been playing their newest slot hard and have built up 80 free wilds. That game had been on up until I bought a $40 package and went on to try and find it to collect on my wilds. Low and behold… Can’t find the game anywhere. I spend a lot a lot of money on this game and I’m done.

I wish I had read the reviews before I played. JPC is a ripoff with very shady business practices. Their customer service is shameful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
