Jacobi Lemon review: Child support/ child neglect

Good day, my name is vina abulu and am a nigerian citizen. And a single mum here in nigeria. My son is 12 years old and he's father who's an American citizen has abandoned us to our fate again. He won't file for his son's passport as an american citizen born abroad and getting any form of support from him has always been and still is a nightmare and he has never met his son in person and has only spoken to the boy maybe twice in twelve years. For twelve years I have patiently waited for jacobi lemon to do what's right, but he keeps pushing us away and avoids he's responsibilities as a father. He has no doubt supported few times over the years but getting him to support us has always been a struggle for twelve years. I don't know what else to do as am far away in Nigeria away from the United States. He's not responding to his emails anymore, he's not picking up his phone calls either. He keeps stalling and taking us for granted. He has refused to pay for his son's needs such as school fees, upkeep and more. Am just a small business woman and its tough getting by sometimes. I really need help getting him reported. Now am demanding for CHILD SUPPORT AND CITIZENSHIP FOR MY SON. He's from new Jersey. He's name is JACOBI LEMON and he is a veteran. HE WORKS WITH AAFB FIRE DEPARTMENT GA (Anderson air force base) and lives in Duluth GA. He's phone numbers are +[protected], [protected]. Below are pictures of him and his family. All I ask of him is to file for his son's citizenship as a United States citizen and take at least part responsibility for his child. Its been two months over here since schools resumed and he has refused to help with his son's school fees, even though I reminded him ahead before time about the fees and upkeep. He doesn't care or know how the boy is feeding, clothing or growing up generally. Getting him to help us out has always been a drag for 12 years now. I have had enough of him taking advantage of me and our son. Its time for you to be a real father jacobi Lemon. This boy is your first son. And I will not give up on my child. Everytime I report him here on this complaint board, he tells me to take down the complaint before sending his son any form of assistance. This time am not going to take it down. This person doesn't deserve to be a father or a veteran. If this is how Americans treat their children, then I must say am highly disappointed.

Desired outcome: I would like a higher authority in the United states to take a look at this issue of child neglect by JACOBI LEMON. I initially paused on going to the embassy or getting a lawyer, but I think it's time to take this issue more firmly. He keeps threatening me that he wouldn't send his son any money if I keep reporting him here or anywhere else. I have had enough!

Desired outcome: I would like a higher authority to get involved and I would like my son to get his complete American documents and child support. My son is an American citizen, I would also like to take this to court.
