Jaguar Range Rover review: Recall list

Purchased a 2013 Jaguar XF. I have had many issues with this vehicle. I checked the safety recall listing for automobiles and found that the exact model, year with the same problem

I'm having. There is a defect with the fuel pump systems. Causing extremely poor milage along with a very strong gasoline odor within the car. Causes stalling and possibly fire. The problem is my car vin number is not listed. I contacted Jaguar USA and explained the situation, hoping they could offer some options. I need help on what my next steps should be. This is the same year and model listed under the recall and I feel my car should be included. Please please help.
