I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company! I got a projector bulb that ain't working, and they won't take it back. I put the old bulb back in, and it's working just fine. I tried the new one again, but it still ain't working. They're telling me to update my firmware, but the projector is alright. It's the new bulb that's causing the issue, not the projector.

I bought a replacement lamp for my Sony Bravia TV from Jaspertronics.com. The shipping information was confusing because I paid for overnight delivery, but it took them 4 days to deliver it. They promised to credit me for the delay, but it's been a month and I haven't received anything yet.

This company is really bad. We bought 4 new projector lamps from them, but none of them work. We spent hours testing all the lamps on our three projectors. Every lamp shuts down after a few minutes. Avoid Jaspertronics at all costs! This company doesn't stand behind their products. I bought a replacement lamp for my Epson projector. The first lamp made a high-pitched noise and then stopped working after a couple of days. They sent me a second lamp and it did the same thing. They tried blaming my projector, even though when I put the original bulb back in, the projector worked perfectly again. They offered to send a third bulb, but said I'd have to pay to ship all three bulbs back and they'd charge me a restocking fee. Crazy, right? They pointed me to AV forums where others had similar issues, as if that somehow makes it okay for them to sell me something that doesn't work. If it's common for their bulb to not work in my projector, they should've mentioned it on their website. Clearly, there's something wrong with their so-called OEM bulbs. Stay away from these guys.

I bought a projector bulb from Jaspertronics for my fancy projector. They delivered it real quick, like in just 3 days, and it came in the original box all brand new. And guess what? It was $200.00 cheaper than the local store that sells the same brand. I talked to this guy named *** on the phone, and he was really cool. But even though I got a great deal, we decided to return the Jaspertronics bulb and buy from the local store instead. You know why? Well, the serial number on the bulb from Jaspertronics was way lower than the one on the local store's box. Plus, the local store's box said it was Revision 2, but the Jaspertronics box didn't say anything about a revision number. So, I figured the bulb from Jaspertronics was just sitting around for who knows how long. On the other hand, the local store had to order the bulb from the brand directly, and it took them more than 2 months to get it fresh. But hey, I gotta say, Jaspertronics was true to their word when it came to their return policy. I asked for a return authorization in writing, and they gave it to me in just 3 days. I sent the bulb back, paid $25.97 for shipping and insurance, and in about a week, they refunded my credit card for the bulb, minus the shipping cost. So yeah, I definitely recommend Jaspertronics because they stand by their return policy. And next time I need a projector bulb, I'm gonna call *** for sure.

Since I bought my projector bulb from Jaspertronics.com, I've had three bulbs go kaput. Now I'm stuck waiting for a fourth bulb because they won't give me a refund. I just want to buy from a better seller, you know? I made my first purchase on July 6th, and the bulb only lasted about 6 weeks. They keep saying there's something wrong with my projector, but they can't prove it. Our original bulb lasted a solid 3 years, and we take good care of our projector, you know?

Finally, on 5/11, I received a second replacement lamp. However, I was disappointed to find that it was broken, with the lamp loose inside its enclosure. I followed up with two more emails over the next two days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from Jaspertronics to this day (5/30).

I bought a lamp for my projector from Jaspertronics.com. Unfortunately, it didn't work properly. I reached out to Jaspertronics and they told me that the aftermarket lamp is not as good as the original lamp. So, I decided to buy the original lamp and return the aftermarket one. However, the original lamp didn't turn on at all. If you compare the housing of the lamps that Jaspertronics sent, you can see that it's different from my original housing. I explained this to them, but they insist that the lamps they sent are the same. Anyone can see that they're not. I want a full refund for both lamps.

I contacted Jaspertronics and asked for my money back. But, they told me to install it again, so I did. The problem is still there. I contacted Jaspertronics again and sent them a video showing the flickering, but they said they couldn't see it clearly and asked for another video. I contacted them for the third time, asked for a refund again, and told them to respect their warranty. Clearly, Jaspertronics doesn't want to respect their warranty.

Instead of sending me the entire lamp cartridge, they sent me only the bulb. I called them to inquire about returning it, expecting them to provide a return label. However, they refused to do so. Consequently, I had to go to the US post office and send the part back myself, making sure to certify and insure it (Please see USPS Receipt). Today, I noticed that they did refund the cost of the bulb. However, I had to pay $5.65 for postage to return the incorrect part they sent me, and they did not refund the full cost of the bulb ($58.99 - the refund they provided, $53.09, equals $5.90). Therefore, they owe me $5.65 plus $5.90, which amounts to $11.55. All I received from them was frustration.

I bought an Epson projector lamp from jaspertronics.com (order# ***) on Aug 6, 2021 and I'm having problems with their refund and warranty. They say on their website that the lamp is genuine and has a 1-year warranty. When I got the new lamp, I noticed right away that it was made of cheaper stuff, made in 2017 (4 years old), had a red tint all over, and was way less bright than the original lamp. After lots of emails, they sent me a replacement, but it was even worse than the first lamp. Then they started blaming my projector, even though they could see that the images from the original lamp didn't have any issues like that. On 8/17 - 11 days after I bought it - they offered to let me return it since it's within 30 days, but they want me to pay for the shipping (with insurance) for both lamps and also pay a restocking fee. It's totally not okay and feels like they're making customers either keep the faulty product or lose money on shipping and restocking fees.

On Monday Dec 20th, they sent another email with a USPS tracking number ***. They charged my credit card $54.99 on Dec 18th. But when I checked the tracking information, it showed that USPS never got the package. I contacted them on Jan 11th and got this email back: "Sorry, we messed up. We'll ship it out ASAP and you'll get tracking updates in 24 hours. Thanks and have a great day! Email: *** Phone: (*** OTW: *** I emailed them again on Jan 13th to ask if they could ship it faster, but they didn't respond. They haven't given me a new tracking number either. The old tracking number shows that USPS still hasn't received the package. They won't answer my calls either. It seems like a scam. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. I want my money back and I want people to know that this company doesn't deliver.

I ordered from Jaspertronics.com 2 weeks ago and paid for fast shipping. However, my order took a whole week to process. I called to inquire about it and was told that it should have already been shipped. The lady I spoke to said she would check with the warehouse and call me back. I waited all day but never received a callback. So, I decided to follow up myself and called towards the end of the business day, but no one answered. The next day, I called again and complained about not receiving a call back. A man apologized and promised to investigate, assuring me that he would call me back. Unfortunately, he didn't. The following day, I called once more. Finally, last week, they updated me and informed me that the 67Y bulb I ordered was out of stock. They assured me that they had ordered it and would ship it as soon as it arrived, which would be between Monday and Wednesday. They did give me a partial refund of $28.25 for all the trouble. They called me this week to let me know that the bulb had arrived and was shipped. I received the bulb this morning and upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that it was a Y66 bulb instead of the Y67 I had ordered. I called the company and the man I spoke to insisted that it was the same bulb and that identical parts often have different part numbers. I expressed my concern, mentioning that I had read reviews about projection TVs experiencing serious issues when using the wrong bulb. He assured me that it would be fine. I warned him that if it wasn't, I would call back and file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. About 20 minutes later, I installed the Y66 bulb into my TV and turned it on. The sound came on right away, followed by a slow appearance of the picture. I assume this was the bulb warming up and getting brighter. However, not long after the picture fully appeared, I started to smell burning plastic. I immediately turned off the TV and removed the bulb. To my dismay, the plug had melted into the receptacle and damaged a part of the TV. I have attached pictures of the melted plug and the torn-out TV part. I promptly called the company to inform them of what had happened, requested a refund, and informed them that I would be filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. If I hadn't noticed the burning smell, it could have caused a fire in my house. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I am not only out of $93.75 (minus the partial refund) for the order, but I also have to spend more money on a new TV because of their faulty bulb.

They advertise on their website that they provide replacements, but it has been a frustrating process. They emailed me troubleshooting steps and asked for videos and photos of the unit. I provided all the information they asked for, and they approved the replacement. I thought it was going to be easy, but it wasn't. In the next email, they asked me to send my product information and videos again because one of their representatives gave incorrect information. So, I went through the whole process again. Then, I spoke to a so-called tech manager on the phone, and he confirmed that the bulb was indeed faulty. He said he would expedite a replacement bulb. After waiting for 4 days, I finally received a bulb. However, what they sent was junk - an aftermarket bulb that the manufacturer clearly states should not be used in my unit as it could affect the warranty. I never used it and it's still sitting in the box. I called Jaspertronics to ask why they sent the wrong bulb. I explained that I originally bought an OEM bulb and that's what I expected as a replacement. They then told me that the manufacturer is not shipping out the bulbs due to the COVID-19 epidemic. I decided to call the manufacturer myself, and they told me that they have plenty of bulbs in stock ready to ship, even for warranty replacements. I asked if they would ship those products to dealers for warranty, and they said yes, absolutely. I live in the US, and Jaspertronics is also in the US, so there shouldn't be any issues. I called Jaspertronics back and told them that someone in their company is lying because the manufacturer has no problem getting the exact bulb to me. In the end, I bought the bulb from the actual dealer because I'm done with all the lying and excuses from Jaspertronics. Then, they asked me to send back the faulty bulb and the junk one they sent me, and they would offer a refund. I know how this would play out based on other reviews I've read, and it seems like I would just get screwed over. I have contacted my bank and started a dispute process because of their false advertisement and failure to stand behind their product and warranty as they claim. I have 3 months' worth of emails as proof, in case any other consumers want to see it. I know Jaspertronics will respond to this and say something different, but I urge buyers to explore other options and companies before considering using Jaspertronics for any type of business.
